The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either construction works, building works, or allied civil works. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 284.11 Lakhs (Excluding GST) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 355.14 Lakhs (Excluding GST) - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 568.23 Lakhs (Excluding GST) For joint ventures, the lead partner should have executed at least one similar work costing Rs. 284.11 Lakhs (excluding GST). The bidder should have executed at least one similar work costing Rs. 284.11 Lakhs (excluding GST) as per Minimum Eligibility Criteria. Proposals for subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10 percent of the bid price are required. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the subcontracting component which is more than 10 percent of the bid price. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on completed works only. Partly completed works or works in progress are not considered for qualification. If a work is completed successfully and the contract is under maintenance period, it is considered as a completed work for evaluation purposes.
