The required prior work experience for the bidder includes manning, maintenance, and operation of harbour/sea going Floating Crafts with IACS CLASS and operated under RSV (Type-IV)/MS ACT. The bidder should have completed similar works with a total value of completed similar work as defined in the tender document during the last 7 years. The lead member of the Joint Venture should have executed at least one similar work costing 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs.91.25 lakhs. The required experience can be demonstrated by completing similar works with the following values: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.91.25 Lakhs (excluding GST). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.114.06 Lakhs (excluding GST). - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 182.50 Lakhs (excluding GST). The average annual financial turnover of the bidder over the past three years should not be less than Rs.68.43 Lakhs. The bidder must also provide documentary proof of satisfactory performance from the owners/clients to whom the patrolling boats were supplied on a hire basis and operated successfully. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should submit a Certificate of Registry and Certificate of Class of the vessel under RSV (Type-4)/MS Act along with a similar work experience certificate for which the vessel work was carried out.
