The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 754.87 Lacs (Excluding GST) during the last three years. The similar works should be either of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1006.50 Lacs (Excluding GST). - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1258.12 Lacs (Excluding GST). - One similar completed work with no specified minimum cost, but also an option of one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 2013.00 Lacs (Excluding GST). No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should provide information on the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years, and experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should provide details of works underway or contractually committed, and employers who may be contacted for further information on those contracts. The bidder should also provide reports on the financial standing and evidence of adequacy of working capital for this contract. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, and the available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last seven years and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the next 'N' years. In terms of trained and certified workers, the contractor must undertake to employ certified workers to the extent of 20% of the total strength.
