The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = A × N × 2 – B Where: - “N” = Number of years prescribed for completion of the subject contract - “A” = Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last seven years (at current price level) - “B” = Value at current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the next ‘N’ years Additionally, the bid capacity required includes specific requirements such as: - Average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least Rs. 239.66 Lacs. - Experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 319.55 lacs. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 399.43 lacs. - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 639.09 lacs. The bid capacity required also includes an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 7,98,868/- to be submitted in the form of a Bank guarantee.
