The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 3829 lakhs (Excluding of GST) - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 4786 lakhs (Excluding of GST) - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 7658 lakhs (Excluding of GST) No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The value of similar works completed by the bidder will be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value of work with a multiplication factor. In case of joint venture, the lead partner should have executed at least one similar work costing Rs. 3829 lakhs as per Minimum Eligibility Criteria. The contractors with at least 26% equity holding each shall be allowed to jointly meet the eligibility criteria. The bidder should have done Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of at least one Bio-mass based or syngas-based methanol reactor plant successfully operating in India with minimum capacity of 5 TPD. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of previous financial year, should be at least Rs. 2872 Lakhs.
