(3) The agency shall take every precaution against damage to the nearby structures while dismantling the tower etc.Any damage shall be sole responsiblity of the agency. (4) The measurement shall be made on the job basis and nothing extra shall be paid for electronic weighing machine but the charges of transportation & electronic weighing machine are included in item No. 2 of shifting transportation dismantled tower material.
