Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine snad) as per standard design :

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead:

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar.

Erection of roof top Tower at terrace of up to 15 mtr. (Appx.) height of building (Height of Tower as specified.) using new / old / recovered/ dismantled tower material available at site. The work shall include the following :

Erection of tower including sorting, assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing up all tower members in position true to the alignment including assembling/ hoisting / fixing of ladder, working plateform, wave gide rack, lighting arrestor i/c tin coated wire, lightening arrestor pipe stand etc . at required level all complete as per the manufacturare's drawing and as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge . The item includes enlarging holes, straightening of twisted or bend tower members of any type etc. and all other connected works for the above operation ( if any and as required ) all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge.Agency shall arrange for all the materials, labour, T & P etc. as required. NOTES:-(1) The Items includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account: (a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or nearby structures while erecting the tower. (b) Necessary safety precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the labours,etc.shall be the sole responsibility of the agency. (c) Item includes for all operations, tools and plants, equipments, machinary etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS codes. (d) Item also includes with lifting of all tower materials up to floor five level. (2) The Item does not include for the dome lights and its system,lightening arrester and earthing system for tower, These shall be paid under seperate items, if and as required. (3) The Item does not include the supply of tower material/ dismantling of old tower and its transportation. These shall be paid under separate items, if and as required. (i) 15 M RTT

Painting of Roof Top Tower at terrace of up to 15 mtr. (Appx.) height of building … with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an undercoat of Zinc chromate yellow primer, all as per approved shade and quality by the Engineer in charge. (i) 15 M RTT

Supplying (at site) of deficient steel materials for tower on account of any shortage / unserviceable material found on dismantling of tower or otherwise. The material required for tower, its ladder, working platform, wave guide rack (vertical), antenna fixtures, pipe stand for lightening arrestor, nuts & bolts, washers, templates, base plates etc. as required shall be provided in required sectional size and length including drilling holes for bolts etc. all conformity with the approved drawings of S.E.R.C. and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge and shall be made out of pure virgin structural steel of approved companies viz. SALL, TISCO, RINL etc. Notes : 1 : All tower material to be hot dip galvanised, The tower material, fabrication & galvanising shall be as per the relevant IS code as well as SERC recommendations. 2. This item does not include erection, priming and painting of the tower which shall be measured and paid under the separate item. 3. Measurement :- Weight of the all the material supplied ( weight of each piece in exact length as required as per drawing including weight of the nuts / bolts & washers shall be measured for payment. 4. The rate includes cost of all material, their carriage, octroi etc. as well as labour and T & P necessary for straightening, cutting, filling, drilling etc. and hot dipped galvanising to all steel members.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections in framed work using Tees, angles, flats, bars etc. for feeder support cable tray horizontally from tower to building, vertically on the wall of building and from building to inside equipment room including fixing in position with suitable supporting/ fixing arrangements at the tower end, building and floor using connecting plates and rivetting / bolting or embedding in walls / floors etc. cpmplete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge and including providing and applying two or more coat of synthetic enemal paint over and above one coat of approved steel primer all complete. NOTES : 1 : Material not to be galvanised. 2 : This item is including supply of materials, fabrication, erection, priming and painting all complete. 3 : The rate includes all material, their carriage, octroi etc. as well as labour and T & P necessary for straightening, cutting, welding, filing drilling etc. all complete for above all the operations. 4 : Measurement : Weight of the all the material supplied ( weight of each piece in exact lenght as required as per drawing ) including weight of the nuts/ bolts and washers shall be measured for payment.

Providing single spike solid copper lightening arrestor of 350 mm length, 12 mm dia. having necessary threads & brass nut at bottom end of the rod etc. all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-In -Charge. 1) The rate includes for all the materials item as above except fixing of pipe stand which shall be paid separately in relevent item.

Providing and grouting the gaps between tower base plates and the tower foundation stem with " POLYCRETE-B" of "M/s Sunanda speciality coating pvt Ltd" or equivalent by mixing 12.5 % of water by weight of "POLYCRETE-B" and grouting the gaps throuroughly as per the manufacturers specifications and as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge.(Job includes for 3 nos. columns)

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning for aviation light as necessary so as to satisfy aviation requirements consisting of the followings :

Single dome Aviation obstruction light ( AOL ) fixture having base made of aluminium die cast/ fibre body and top cover of red polycabonate dome & 230V AC LED Aviation obstruction lamp with 300 & more nos. clear LED's having light intensity of minimum 1200 LUX & necessary auto on/off scanner photo cell unit with trnasformer in built in dome light of make from Vijay, Binoy, Altrox or equivalent etc.with necessary clamp for fixing arrangement etc. all complete.

MCB of range 6-32 Amp of Havells,Merlin Gerin or equivalent make.

ISI marked 1.5 sqmm PVC double insulated 2 core and PVC sheahed copper conductor armoured cable of approved brand & manufecturer.

PVC conduit pipe of 20 mm dia of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. earthing strip of size 50 x 6 mm ( having 6 mm dia. holes in strip as per requirement of site along the length) to connect with the first joint of all the legs horizontaly and vertically on external surface of building from terrace parapet to ground floor of existing building up to floor five level with necessary clamps/nails/screws wherever required. The jointing of the two G.I. strips as well as joint in between G.I. strip and gusset plate of tower leg shall be done with an overlap of 40 to 90 mm, sandwitching in between a lead sheet of size 90x50x1 mm thick as required and bolted with 2 Nos. of 10 mm dia. G.I. nuts/ bolts & spring washers. The jointing between the G.I. strips shall further be protected/ sealed by wrapping properly with ISI marked 2" wide water proof tape. Note : ( a ) The rate includes for all the materials including lead sheet, water proof tape etc and also labour charges for fixing from terrace to ground floor of existing building up to floor five level. ( b ) While fixing the G.I. strips, they should not be bent shraply at right angles but should be in smooth curves of about 1m radius. ( c ) Necessary safety precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the sole responsibility of the agency.( d ) Measurement : Only the net length of G.I. strip shall be measured for payment. Nothing extra shall be paid for overlapping length etc.

Providing tin coated copper wire of gauge 7/20 and fixing the same from lower end of the lightening arrester to the hole provided 0.5 metre below the top of the tower by 10 mm dia brass nut bolts & washers etc.complete including providing and fixing lugs of suitable size at both ends of the wire etc. all compete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling into RCC members, holes of required diameter and depth upto 200 mm, vertically in plumb without damaging other structural member,cleaning hole and inserting chemical FISV 360S or approved equivalent make,fixing immediately up to full depth reinforcing bar of dia upto 20 mm etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes cost of drilling extra holes if required and filling the failed holes with cement mortar 1 : 2 and disposal of dismantelled materials within 50 m lead including making good any damages to structure,etc.all complete.( Measurement of reinforcement bar to be paid under relevant item)

Upto 16mm dia

Providing foundation bolts of required dia. and length upto 0.80 m having 10 mm thick plate of 80 x 80 mm welded to its bottom and having threads of 125 mm at top. The length below the threads and upto the plate shall be galvanised. The bolts shall be placed in true line, level, alignment including placing and fixing nuts washers with the help of M.S. template including welding, if required, as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

32mm dia Anchor bolts

Fixing in position foundation bolts of 25 mm/ 32 mm dia. and length up to 0.80 m in true line, level, alignment including placing and fixing nuts, washers with the help of M.S. template including welding, if required, as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
