Transformer (to and fro) Transportation charges

a. Un-tanking of the core coil. b. Low voltage testing of the core coil assembly. c. Removal of top yoke core laminations. d. Dismantling of defective winding. e. Assembly of the new winding with new winding cylinders and new assembly insulation. f. Yoke filling & connections to be carried out. g. Processing of the Core coil assembly in VPD. h. Painting of transformer tank internally and externally. i. Carry out all final checks prior to re-tanking the core coil assembly. j. Placement of Core coil assembly back inside tank. k. Replacement of all gaskets and O-rings with new ones. Erection of bushings. l. Filling oil in the main tank and Oil processing of transformer. m. Routine test applicable for transformer to be carried out as per IS-2026 in presence of customer’s representative. n. Draining of the oil and dismantling of transformer. o. Making transformer ready for dispatch.

Rewinding of all three phase (U, V & W) HV and LV coil with new insulation with new copper charges (Note: Old copper retained by vendor and the scrap value separately given at the bottom) - 715.8 Kgs per phase @ Rs.1285/- per Kg/-

Supply of LV epoxy bushings (extra one set will be supplied)

Supply of LT Cable gland charges - 46 numbers

Total oil filling and extra 10% of name plate Qty to be supplied to site

Unloading at Site charges

Erection, testing and commissioning at Site

LT cable Lug (bi-metalic) charges - 46 numbers

LT cable gland plate charges - 2 numbers

LT Extension Copper bus bar - for both LV1 & LV2 including termination fasteners

LT Copper Flexible - for both LV1 & LV2 including termination fasteners

LT1 & LT2 cable chamber cooling fans with controller
