Supply of 1C x 6 sqmm, 5KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor single core Airport lighting cable confirming IS:1554 (Part-II)/IS 7098 (Part-II) with upto date amendment and confirming to particular specification etc. as required.

Supply of 6.6A/6.6A of 15 W, Isolation transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate 1 Watt, LED light of medium intensity light fitting encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications.

Supply of 6 Sq.mm, 5KV grade plug & receptacle (essna connector) of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following size 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS:1554 (Part-II) with upto date amendment.

Supply of C.I. Isolation Transformer housing box (Double hole type), water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one /two nos. of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required.

Installation of C.I. housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are to be installed in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number 1C x 6 sqmm. PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq.mm. plug & receptacle with existing 6 sq.mm. single core PVC Cu. Conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Omni-directional elevated type medium intensity LED type taxiway edge light fitting on the existing transformer (C.I.) housing boxes including installation of transformer, lens, lamps gasket, nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling, isolation transformer connection, earth connection etc. all complete as required.

Providing and laying of following dia G.I. pipe (Medium Class-B) with proper check nuts & G.I. fittings in the existing trench including threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, etc. complete as required. 50 mm dia.

Providing and laying of following dia G.I. pipe (Medium Class-B) with proper check nuts & G.I. fittings in the existing trench including threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, etc. complete as required. 15 mm dia.

Dismantling of existing 4KW CCR & demolishing its foundation and shifting to AAI store etc. complete job as per the satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Dismantling of Omni-directional Elevated type Medium Intensity halogen/LED type taxiway light including Isolation Transformer, connections etc. complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Numbering/ nomenclature of the existing Rwy/ Taxiway/ Turning Pad/ Isolation Bay/ Apron Edge Light fittings after providing around background of 4" dia with Aviation Yellow synthetic enamel paint and numbering with Black synthetic enamel paint on it complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.
