Providing and laying of 110 mm(OD) ISI marked  HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984,  along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope  as required including fitting, cutting, jointing & Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size upto 240sq.mm cable in HDPE pipe  with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (6 mtrs below ground level ) in all type of soil etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Supply and Laying of 63 mm dia (OD) ISI marked,PE-63, PN-6kg HDPE pipe, conforming to IS 4984, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below ground level, width of the trench 25 cm) including excavation & refilling the trench with same excavated earth but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

FEEDER PILLAR Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Feeder pillar Panel, cubicle type, made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, outdoor weather proof, protection free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalized, powder coated painting, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415V, 50Hz AC supply system with busbars extensible on both sides, interconnections with suitable size of copper leads/ solid aluminium strips,MS stand including cement concrete foundation work, door locking arrangement, provision of bottom entry for incoming and outgoing cables. (Panel shall conform to PTTA (IEC 60439) & of Form -3b Construction). INCOMING: 1 Nos. MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 kA with adjustable setting, thermal magnetic release with O/C & S/C protection as per specification,suitable for terminating the 3.5x400sqmm aluminium XLPE armoured cable, with following accessories. BUS - BAR 4 Pole aluminum bus bars of 250 A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves i/c SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 35 KA for 1 sec. INSTRUMENTS & ACCESSORIES 1 No. 96 mm x 96 mm digital type Voltmeter with suitable range for 3 phase, 4 wire operation with LED display and selector switch backup by 3 nos of 2Amp MCB . 1 No. 96 mm x 96 mm digital type Ammeter for 3 phase 4 wire operation with LED display and selector switch. 5 Nos of LED type phase indicating lamps (R,Y,B,ON/OFF) with controlled by 2 Amp MCB . OUTGOING: 10 Nos. 63A, 4pole, 50kA, MCCB with suitable four pole contactor, auto/ manual selector switches and necessary wiring etc. Outgoing Feedar shall have ON, OFF LED light with back up 2 Amp SP MCB.

Supply of energy efficient LED Street light luminaire with minimum system lumen output of 18000 lumen, IP 65 protected, single piece high pressure die-cast aluminium/ standard alloy housing with heat resistant toughened clear glass, suitable to operate on single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz AC power supply as per technical specification detailed in special condition of the contract etc. complete all as required.

Supply of energy efficient LED flood light luminaire with minimum system lumen output of 14400 lumen, IP 65 protected single piece high pressure die-cast aluminium/ standard alloy housing with heat resistant toughened clear glass, suitable to operate on single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz AC power supply as per technical specification detailed in special condition of the contract etc. complete all as required.

Supply of minimum 08 mtr height Hot dip galvinised Octagonal pole made from HT Steel Conforming to BSEN 120025, having thickness of 3mm, Top dia 70mm & Bottom dia 130mm single sharp welding conforming to IS 2062(Base Plate) with Single Arm Bracket of 1.5 meter length , coupler/reducer required for the installation of luminaries as per the requirement of site.

Erection of 8 mts octagonal pole with 1.5mtr Single arm bracket by making suitable civil pole foundation made of PCC,RCC ,steel reinforcement including providing and fixing of suitable size base plate made of Fe 415 conforming to IS 2062 , foundation bolts with EN 8 grade as per foundation drawing provided by OEM of the pole & specification i/c supply and fixing of two nos 63mm dia HDPE pipe for incoming & out going cable, i/c provision of crane of required height for erection of pole etc complete all as required at the site.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light luminaries on the arm of the pole with height upto 8mtr, with all accessories such as extra GI pipe/couplar/Nipple of suitable length and dia if required as per the site requirement for fixing the luminaries etc. by dismantling the existing installed fittings on existing street light pole and taking dismantaled fittings to the electrical stotres within the lead of 150mtrs , including provision of required height of ladder or crane etc. complete all as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 150W LED street light luminaries on the arm of the pole with height upto 8mtr, including wiring of luminaires with 3x1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable , 4way 16A connecter with Bakalite Sheet, 6 amp SP MCB's, earthing stud with all other accessories such as extra GI pipe/couplar/Nipple of suitable length and dia if required, including provision of required height of ladder or crane as per the site requirement for fixing the luminaries etc.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 120W led flood light luminaries directly on the existing ms structure of fabric canopy with all accessories such as 3x1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable, clamp,nut bolt, fastner of suitable length and dia required as per the site requirement for installing the fitting etc. complete all as required

Supply and fixing of triple arm bracket of 2m Length on existing 8 mtr octognal pole with all required accessories such as extra GI pipe/couplar/Nipple of suitable length and dia if required as per the site requirement for fixing of the triple arm bracket etc after dismantling the existing double arm pole bracket installed on existing 8 mtr octogonal street light pole and taking dismantaled brackets to the electrical stotres within the lead of 150mtrs , including provision of required height of ladder or crane etc. complete all as required.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required (Group-C).

Supplying and fixing of 25A, four pole, 415V, RCCB AC type in the 4way MCB encloser box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 16 amps, 100 mA, Double Pole, 10kA, 240 volts, RCCB AC Type in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 amps-32 amps rating, Single Pole, 240 volts, 'C' series, Miniature Circuit Breaker in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 4 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Dismantling of exting installed street lighting pole of height upto 11 mts with Single arm bracket upto 2 mtr, lighting fixture, associated cabling ,wiring etc i/c provision of crane of required height for dismantling of pole, taking all dismantaled materials to the electrical stotres within the lead of 300 mtrs,etc complete all as required at the site.

Dismantling of exting installed Feeder pillar of size up to 1.5m x 1m x 0.6m with associated ms stand, cabling ,wiring etc i/c provision of crane of required height for dismantling of Feeder pillar, taking all dismantaled materials to the electrical stotres within the lead of 300 mtrs etc. complete all as required at the site.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. With charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
