Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-250 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work, using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant / Ajax and transported to site of work in transit mixer up to all lead & lift having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, including the cost of centering shuttering finishing and excluding the cost of reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 360 kg/cum as per R&B Circular No. PRC/10/2017/Cement Consumption/16/C, Dtd.: 11/5/2017) for excavated surface refinishing.

Providing, applying & finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials etc. complete.

Filliing available Excavated Earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering.

Providing and laying Thermo Mechanically Treated bars FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1-Cement : 3- coarse sand : 6- Crushed stone aggregates 20 mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth.

Excavation (executed with mechanised efforts / machinaries / manual) for foundation upto 1.5mt depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing of the excavated stuff upto all lead & lift for foundation. In Dense and Hard Soil

20MM thick sand faced cement plaster on walls & ceiling upto all height above ground level consisting of 12MM thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3(1-Cement: 3-Sand)and 8MM thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1(1-Cement: 1-Sand) etc. complete.

Excavation (executed with mechanised efforts / machinaries / manual) for foundation from 1.5mt to 3.0mt. depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing of the excavated stuff upto all required lead & lift In Hard Murrum.

Providing & spreding graded Crushed Stone aggregate of approved quality of size 40/63mm including filling interstices with chips & sand as bindage materials in depressions which occur during the process, watering consolidating & compacting etc. completed for footing base with all lead and lift.

Providing, spreading and using quartz base non metallic, dry shake natural aggregate Concrete surface Hardner of approved made and manufacture @ 4kg/sq.mt. including all taxes, loading, unloading, transportation and FOR at site.

Demolition including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) R.C.C. work & CC work.
