Providing & fixing PVC WATER SEAL in construction joints as per design and drawing shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5.00 kg/ cm2 of approved quality and confirming to relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided the normal width shall not be less than 305mm. and thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00 mm. and shall withstand minimum hydro static pressure of 30 mt. of water including the cost of all the materials, labourers tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including the incidentals involved as per specifications, drawings and directives of engineer incharge.

Supplying of fibre glass reinforced plastic FRP Needle. without FRP quoted M.S. frame needle shall be made from standard quality fibre glass composite materials. smooth surface shall be provided on both the side of the needles, tongue and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. box type groove protect the edge of the needle rubber seal of size 15m x 4mm thk. shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight performance. handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needles in to the frame. The FRP Needles shall be tailor made section as per size required at site for closing the bandhara the rate as follows.
a)for thickness of needle 65 +/- 3mm (hollow) type at center and 65 +/- 3mm at ends from 0.00 at 2.00 mts water depth from bottom and width not more than 2mts. In clear span etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
