Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured) a) Upto 2.5 meters long pile

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge 4) 110 mm dia

Exposed decorative laterite masonry using Patradevi stone of size as specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry of laterite stone not less than 20 cm laid dry in pitching rivetment etc.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) a) All works upto plinth level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M30 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction using 3 ton roller and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.Additional cost for coloured paver blocks . a) Red, Black

Exposed Decorative masonry work with stainless steel rails for barrigating around the lake, as per approved design shown in the drawing including bending handrail pipe to proper shape in curves with specials, etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing poly Propelene glass lined fibre glass reinforced plastic 9PPGL - FRP manas type sluice gate at sitemade to the specification. The gate shutter shall be made out of standard qaulity heavy duty PPGL - FRP material. The frame supporting the shutter shall be made out of heavy duty reinforced FRP material hinge arrangement shall be provided to facilitate the smooth operation of the shutter. The charges are inclusive of all taxes and fixing of the gate of site including material and labour necessary and providing cofferdam ring bund cost and pump charges for dewatering required for fixing of the gate in position and maintaining of cofferdam/Ring bund for one month including cost of removal as directed by Engineer in charge.

If the environment is 40 °C, then maximize temperature on the lamp should be less then 67 °C. But the LED chips should be able to take 110 °C. This is to ensures the long life span and performance of the whole luminaire. Luminous Flux +Lumen tolerance +/- 5% 5400-5800lm CRI Ra70 Luminaire to be mounted on Cylindrical conical pole 3M with Base plate -GI with top diameter ᴓ76 and bottom diameter ᴓ136 GI column of 3 mtr overall height having conical cross section with PU paint finish. Supplying and fixing of following sizes of rigid PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface(medium)/recess(heavy) including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required (d) 40 mm

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark,of approved brands, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking /lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing surface rigid PVC conduit( medium)/ casing caping, as required. 2x1.5 sqmm + 1x1.5 sqmm earthwire

Supply of double door outdoor with slooping roof cubical panel of 14SWG CRCA sheet duly powder coated as directed by the Engineer in charge.The panel shall be mounted on MS angle frame of size 50mmx5Ommx6mm duly painted to a height of 60cms and shall be grouted in ground . The panel shall be provided with voltmeter,ammeter , RYB indications with toggle switches. Earthing stud 2nos shall also be provided.The panel shall be provided with following accessories. Incomer 1 No. 63 amps TPN pole MCCB 10 Ka(L&T, Siemens, Schneider, Merlin) in a sealable compartment with 1-60 amps MRT tested electronic energy meter . Outgoing 6-32 amps SP MCB 2 Nos. 50 amps TP contactors and-2 Nos. 24 hours timers of Legrand or reputed make - 2 Nos..

Suppling, installation and commisioning of Aspirating Aerator with following components i) Aspirating Aerator Rotor of polypropylene material ii) Motor to shaft coupling of SS-304 material. iii) SS-304 Shaft of Siemens / ABB/Lenze Make along with induction Motor 1440, RPM, 440V, 2HP, F-class insulation and including providing MS platform HDPE floats and cost of transportation to the site as per directed by in charge etc.

Providing and fixing M.S. Jali gate for nallah opening with 16mm dia MS bars at spacing of 15cm center to center welded over Ms frame of angle of size 60x605mm and painting it with superior quality ready mixed paint over a coat of metel primer including transportation etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
