Supply and Installation (in dry condition) of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Wire Mesh 1m High Gabion Boxes, as per IS 16014:2012 MoRTH Clause 2500, of required sizes, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100mm with tolerance of +/-2%), Galmac +PVC coated, Mesh Wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/selvedge, with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of dia 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @ 5% by weight of gabion boxes(only 5% by weight of gabion boxes will be supplied) and filling the box gabion with round, granular & uniform shaped granitic/basaltic boulder stones of size 150-200 mm having density not less than 25 KN/m3 & crushing strength not less 250 mPa with void ratio not exceeding 20 % and all the gaps filled with available granitic/ basaltic stones of required size not less than 100mm , including transportation at site & GST, any other taxes, etc, with labours, all lifts and leads, as per detailed specifications conforming to relevant BIS codes, etc all in wall(Superstructure) complete and as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

Supplying, filling and packing with round, granular & uniform shaped granitic/basaltic boulder stones of size 150-200 mm having density not less than 25 KN/m3 & crushing strength not less 250 mPa, under the floors including rammimg, consolidating, etc in pipeline trenches & other foundation complete with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete, and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supply & placing of 100% poly-propylene staple fibre Needle punched Non Woven Geo-textile. It shall be characterized by high strength, maximum width (5m) & UV resistant itself without UV inhibitor. It shall be resistant to commonly encountered soil chemical, mildew & insects, & shall be non biodegradable etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

Transportation and Carriage of materials by tipper truck including loading unloading and stacking for lead a upto 5 km. : earth

Providing, cutting to required size and fabrication of “H Type” frame using ISA 60 x 60 x 6, ISMC 100 and steel plate of 100 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm and placing the same behind Gabion units as required including all material, labour, machinery as directed by Engineer etc. complete.
