Providing & Applying internal expansion joints filling by polysulphide base material, preformed polyurethane, elastomer , bond breaker and fixing metal plate of aqueduct ,Cleaning will be done by removing all loose particles, dust particles or any other foreign material/particles using manual or mechanical means. After that, clean the concrete joint with special chemical named as Steripure 100 for removing of algae fungi followed by High Pressure Water Jet and Compressed Air blower of required depth, After cleaning resize the joint using PICC mortar, Apply bond coat a Water Miscible epoxy named as Kelox R101 + Kelox H 404 (using manual/mechanical means) before PICC and Pu foam application, it ensure strong adhesion with old surface to new surface . complete with all leads and lifts etc complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.Complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,,insurance charges as directed by the Engineer in charge in expansion joint.
