Supplying, transporting ,placing and fixing at locations bins ,including the safety of the bins including maintenance of the frames by painting/washing etc . The bins to be made up of High density polypropylene UV stabilized of standard make like Nilkamal/ Otto/ Shakti or its equivalent make with ISI certification with MS FRP coated stand to be embedded in the sand, with cover and wheels for its mobility as per the drawings all inclusive and as directed by the official in charge.-660 Litre bin single without frame

Supplying, providing and fixing at site of work porta cabin of UPVC material lift and shift type base made of MS channels welded structure with 20mm bison particle board and walls made up of G.I. square tubes of requisite size to support the structure and the UPVC panels 1.2 mm thick for the walls on either side with proper windows, doors of standard size with a sloping ceiling at 8 ft height with necessary supports both way sloping with electrical, lifting and proper security for the said structure including painting,varnishing etc. to suite office environment all complete as directed by the official in charge.-Transfer station porta cabins of minimum size ( large) (6m x 2.5m)

GPS Device : Provision of portable GPS tracking chips for outdoor use. The GPS chip should be provided with anti corrosive casing to be utilized on the beach. The GPS chip should be able to provide accurate distance upto 10 meters.The GPS chip should have a battery life of at least 9 hours on a single charge and should have a latency of 10 minutes. It should be connected through GPRS and would be able to transmit the data to the server at the specified latency.

Mobile Phones : Provision of mobile phones for outdoor use. The phone should be provided with anti corrosive casing to be utilized on the beach. The phone should be of reputed make and approved by the specified authority. The phone should have an android or IOS based operating system and should possess GPS tracking, specifications to support the mobile application designed for the monitoring of beach cleaning and a Camera of 5 MP of more.

RECCURING EXPENSES

Cleaning of beaches commencing from 6 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM, at various beach locations spread across and along the coast line of the State, by scientific planning, supply and deployment of requisite labour/personal, machinery, supervisory staff etc. as needed for keeping the beach clean and hygenic. The scope of work includes manual cleaning, segregation, transportation and management of the beach cleanliness in the beach stretches, approach roads, beach shacks, entrance of the beaches, all other such areas within the defined beach area by removing/collecting and stacking of garbage of all kinds, plastic, papers, packings, bottles, waste of fruits, beach side tree leaves, spoiled discarded goods, waste foods, carcasses of fish/stray animals, cluster of small dead fish, tar balls, oil/diesel dust, trade generated waste, rubbish through foods, debris of floods, wooden logs, roots and twigs of trees, sea vegetation waste, etc. complete including collection of the garbage littered over the beach area and from garbage bins, shacks on the beaches etc. including segregation of the garbage so collected at the point of source or at the designated segregation location including loading, transportation on the beach, unloading and further transportation tc solid waste management plant (SWMP) at Saligao Bardez Goa for North Goa Beaches and Curchorem, Salcete Goa for South Goa Beaches. This should include all Accessories as required as per Goa State Pollution Control Board and SWM Rules 2016. This includes cost of aprons, safety equipment, disposable garbage bags, uniform, gumboots, raincoats and all the equipment required to maintain hygiene and carry outwork in a safer manner. The costs also include the labour ESIC, EPF and DA etc. in accordance with the prevailing labour laws. For the purpose of the said work the beach is defined as: All the landmass from the last surveyed boundary of land towards the sea side, including all the land/ beach available and that landmass exposed/ submerged in hightide and low tide (inner tidal zone) and designated approach roads to the beaches, entrances to the beaches, beach shacks etc. all such other locations/ areas which are designated as part of beach ecosystem and directed by Director of Tourism/ Engineer in charge. 1st year’s recurring expenses (Base rate per km) : Cost to include the following for comprehensive beach cleaning 1. Manpower (labour, supervisor etc. for beach cleaning, cleaning of approach roads etc.) 2. Jeeps/ vehicles with 2MT or more capacity for collection of garbage from beaches and transfer to Transfer stations (12 Nos) 3. Compactor Trucks (4 MT or higher) capacity for transportation of garbage from transfer station to waste treatment plants (5 Nos) 4. Daily consumables 5. Uniform for manpower 6. Maintenance of vehicles and fixed assets 7. Management charges 8. Site office 9. Subscription of GPS & mobile devices for manpower 10. Operations and maintenance of 2 nos. Road sweeping machine provided by DoT (including operators and other staff) 11. Any other item which the bidders requires to execute the contract as per tender conditions

2nd year recurring expenses (Base rate per km as in Sl.No. 2.10) : (5% escalation for 2nd year's recurring expenses over 1st year's recurring expenses will be automatically generated by the system); description of services same as mentioned in 1st year above

3rd year recurring expenses : (Base rate per km as in Sl.No. 2.10) (5% escalation for third year's recurring expenses over 2nd year's recurring expenses will be automatically generated by the system); description of services same as mentioned in 1st year above

4th year recurring expenses : (Base rate per km as in Sl.No. 2.10) (5% escalation for fourth year's recurring expenses over 3rd year's recurring expenses will be automatically generated by the system); description of services same as mentioned in 1st year above

5th year recurring expenses : (Base rate per km as in Sl.No. 2.10) (5% escalation for fifth year's recurring expenses over 4th year's recurring expenses will be automatically generated by the system); description of services same as mentioned in 1st year above
