This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step UPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer. Internal work - Exposed on wall. i)110mm outer dia.

Treatment of cracks on the concrete roof slab by opening the existing cracks by a cutter machine in a V groove, cleaning them thoroughly and resealing them, with CICO PU sealant 127/147 or Equivalent directed by the Engineer – in – charge. The work to be carried out by engaging a specialised agency having local technical support with authorised delearship for the chemicals used and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Treatment of water leakages in the concrete roof slab by drilling holes in the slab upto a depth of 75/100 mm depending upon the thickness of the slab placing of packers in the drilled holes and then injecting with single component PU Hydro active ® Flex at various points through out the slab area as directed by the Engineer – in – charge. The work to be carried out by engaging a specialised agency having local technical support with authorised delearship for the chemicals used and warranty of minimum 8 years to be furnished in the form of bond as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying a transparent coating of penetrating primer on the entire surface i.e. concrete roof slab as a precautionary measure to prevent water in gress inside and as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.

Cleaning of façade of the building made of ACP cladding and glazing including erection & dismentaling of scafolding / ladder installation,pressure wash & cleaning with special chemicals of "Revachem" brand or equivalent & drying so as to give a clean surface without any streeks as directed by Engineer in Charge. Also the work to be carried out from a specialised agency to ensure quality of work and safety of the structure.

Cleaning of tensile roof for stadium including painting of the trusses supporting the tensile roof. Cleaning job for the tensile fabric roof includes erection & dismentaling of scaffolding / ladder installation,pressure wash & cleaning with special chemicals of "Revachem" brand or equivalent & drying so as to give a clean surface without any streeks and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Painting job for the trusses include erection of high reach equipment scaffolding/ladder/crane etc; the truss sections to be cleaned & all rust to be removed , NC putty to be applied on surface wherever required and sand papered so as to give a smooth finish followed by application of advanced 2 pack epoxy primer (01 coat) & 02 coats of Epoxy finish paint of Berger/Asian Paints / ICI paint or equivalent. Also the work to be carried out from a specialised agency to ensure quality of work and safety of the structure

Fabrication and fixing of Aluminium composite panel cladding with thick 4mm/ 0.25mm ACP sheets, aluminium framework, with 50 X 25 X 1.2 mm thick sections. Silicon sealants etc. including accessories complete.

Providing anti – termite treatment to buildings conforming to I.S.S. 6113 part II 1971 (revised) including adopting precautions for health hazards and safety measures as required therein with the cost of all materials, chemicals, plants, equipments required for the treatment and furnishing a guarantee for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion including eradicating any infestation of termite free of cost during the guaranty period complete.
