Temporary by passing of Sewer - Plugging the mouth of pipe/s inside sewer manhole using suitable plugging system and installation of bypass arrangement for bypassing the sewage flow , including ,but not limited to ,pumps pipes, connections, couplings ,electrical accessories ,support,traffic diversions arrangements etc including desilting of manholes, disposal of debris as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the manhole free from seepage and removal of bypass by deplugging the mouth of pipe inside sewer manhole and removal of by pass system and making the sewer system operational as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Chief. Replacement of pipelines through static Pipe Bursting process including making of bursting tool entry pits, all related civil works for site preparation, like excavation, shoring/strutting,maintaining the pits,traffic management etc.,flow stopppage by the appropriate stanking methods, bypass pumping,installing the replacement pipe,restoring the pits/manholes after replacement pipe installation etc., restoration of site after completion and service reconnection as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Raising of buried manholes to the required level wherever required by demolishing reconstruction of taper portion and restoration of road/ground surface to its original condition as per standard specifications and directions and as perstandard drawing. Construction of manholes conical in shape at top incl.rubble packing for foundation 30cm thick,laying PCC 1:1/2:3 (1cment:1/2 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate)at base thickness of concrfete as per diagram and offset 15cm and RCC raft 1:1/2:3, 30cm thick as per diagram and PCC 1:2:4(1cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate)in vertical walls and conical walls with 125 kg cm2 brick work in cement mortar 1:3(1cement;3coarse sand)and fixing CI footrests confirming to IS 5445/69 or revised whose weight shall not be less than 5.30kg incl.fixing in manhole 30cm c/c c/c staggered in 20x20x15 cm c.c blocks 1:2:4 (1cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggreate)and 12mm thick plaster with cm 1:3(1cement;3coarse sand)inside and outside with water proofing compound and a floating coat of neat cement & providing & fixing CI manhole frame and cover 50cm dia heavy duty both weighing 230kgs in cement C.C.1:2:4 (1cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate)and nealty finishedincluding necessary excavation, close timbering , pumping of subsoil water etc complete.

Rehabilitation of manholes/Chambers including sealing of leaks,installation of PVC encapsulated foot steps,providing and applying(MC-Ombran MHP)6mm thick tricalcium aluminate free binding mortar impermeable to water and can withstand heavy mechanical load,resistance to very severe sulphate attack having turn over time of 3 hours after application having a compressive and tensile strength of 40 and 6 N/mm2

Providing & Fixing " Packers-Aluminum or Schlag Packers with non return valve on top" inclusive of drilling holes,Injecting MC or equivalent PU material, Sealing junctions and applying fast setting mortar includes labour, consumables removing packers after injection , grinding etc complete

For Sewerpipe dia 200mm to 300mm

Pumping/bailing out water from the trench excavated in saturated soil strata to maintain dry/favourable working conditions while, rubble packing, laying, jointing & satisfactory testing of the sewer lines and allied works of manholes, construction encasing etc. (Payments are per finished pipelines length including manholes). For pipelines upto 300mm dia.

a) For works upto 1.50m depth or part thereof (measured from saturated soil /strata level)

b)For works upto to 3.0 m.depth or part thereof (measured from saturated soil/ strata level).

Providing new house sewer connection with the existing manhole including breaking into the manhole and making good the walls floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)12mm thick cement plaster on both sides with CM 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement cutting road, excavation, rubble packing 20cm thick, PCC 1:2:4(1cement:2coarse sand;4graded stone aggregate)bed supplying & laying PVC pipes (class IV 6kg/cm2) refilling the reinstatement of road portion with necessary solling and asphalting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a)160mm PVC pipe( 6kg/cm2)

Evaluating pipeline condition through inline closed Circuit Television survey to assess the internal condition and material of the buried pipelines including accurate measurement of the length & diameter/cross sections, invert levels and other physical attributes of buried pipelines, identification of all defects, joints and connections, measurements and recording of their location/position, sizes & consitions of such pipelines including provision of survey report and records of the conditions, both through video recording in PAL format on a new VHS cassette as well as a report on the structural condition of the pipelines as per the instructions of the Engineeer-in-Charge. For Sewers upto 900mm dia

Allow for taking printing and supplying titled progress photographs (two sets of 300 photogrphs in an album and a soft copy in CD)and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Repairs and reinstatement to the road for trenches made by laying water supply pipeline, by removing the refilled material in the trench for th total depth of 0.42m and making good the road surface by providing laying rolling by road roller compacting for laterite soling 30m thick, two layer of full grout of 50mm thick each tack coat and open graded premix carpet of 20mm as per specifications mentioned in item no.14086 ,14093,14051 & 14068 of road GSR, complete as per the direction of the engineer incharge. b) District Road, State highway, National highway and roads of similar standards
