Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes of Johnson, Somany, Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours and shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.b) 600 x 600 mm light Shades.

Providing and fixing position 62 mm thick double skin partition with frame in size 75 x 38 mm and internal frame of 50 mm x 38mm and fixing of 12 mm thick flat pressed melamine faced three layered prelaminated wood based particle board with exterior grade BWP /BWR synthetic resin as per IS-3087 (1985) type I on the edges of Navopan make or equivalent. One side shade of approved lamination and other side white balancing lamination.a) Second class teak wood.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: Single or double leaf door shutters.Extra for powder coating with pure polyester powder of shade of required colour on the aluminium section.a) Acrylic sheet.

1 Bay Compactor Heavy Duty Type Single Faced Fixed Unit 1200Wx900Dx 230H with Drawers.Supply and installation of Nilkamal or equivalent make 1 bay Single Static drive unit body of Compactors of size 1200mm. x 900mm. x 2300mm. made out of 0.8mm. thick Cold Rolled Cold Annealed Steel conforming to IS:513 Grade, having 17 loading levels (Load Bearing Capacity - 80 kgs. Uniformly Distributed Load) formed by 17 nos. drawers, finished with epoxy polyester powder coating of approved colour & shade with a dry film thickness of minimum 40 microns, oven baked with a controlled temperature of 180 deg.C to 200 deg.C. Each shelf made of 0.8mm. thick CRCA steel sheet shall be provided with 8 nos. of folds with an additional stiffner spot welded at the bottom. Insert type label holder shall be providedfor indexing and easy identification of the contents of the unit and shelves. Motion of the understructures along with bodies shall be achieved mechanically through a drive wheel and sprocket-chain mechanism.The whole compactor unit shall be provided with knock down construction which shall be installed by the supplier at site as per instructions of the engineer incharge. The Undercarriage shall be made up of welded frame of HR sheet 3.15mm. Storage Cupboard with Drawers 1200Wx900Dx 2300H.Supply and installation of Nilkamal or equivalent make Office Almirah with drawer units which shall have the overall size of 1200W x 900D x 2300H. The almirah shall have complete knockdown construction wherein the body, shelf and drawers shall be made of high quality CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) sheet. The body, shelf and drawers of the almirah shallhave minimum thickness of 0.8mm. with reinforced supports. The almirah shall be provided with 21 nos. of pull out drawers. The complete structure shall be epoxy polyster powder coated with minimum thickness of 50 microns. The almirah shall have seamless handle for efficient and safe operation with dual tone colour finish across storage for elegant look. The drawers shall move on telescopic heavy duty channels and shall function regarless of its own weight with smooth and quite operation. The Almirah shall be provided with plinth height of 7-20mm.The almirah shall be provided with skirting of 60mm. height. It shall provided with Plinth Screw arrangement to adjust the base on floor. All material used for manufacturing of almirah shall be of reputed make such a SAIL, TATA, Steel, JSW, etc.
