Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Precast plain cement chequered tiles 22 mm thick of required shades laid in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete. c)Dark shades using ordinary cement

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. b)60 mm thick in Grey colour (M35 grade)

Brick work using common burnt building bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with bricks of class designation 75 kg/ cm2 (wire cut bricks) a)In foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size)

c)In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for :

v)Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth

xiii)Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing partitions with frame work of 4" x 4" matti wood spaced horizontally & vertically @ 1.20 C/C and top fixed width of 19mm thick marine ply on both sides of ply laminated above table desk top with Pine wood laminated of 1mm thick of approved designs including & fixing 20mm thick first class I.T.W Beading/lipping for edges including French polishing etc. complete as per the drawing. ( 19mm thick Marine ply shall confirm to IS 710-1976 & 1mm thick laminate of suede (SF) surface shall confirm to IS 2046-1995. All the above materials shall be of first quality)

Providing & Fixing 35mm thick flush door shutter having first class teakwood lipping on edges of size 35mm x 12mm including French polishing etc with door frame of first class teakwood of cross section 0.14 x 0.063 including laminating shutter surface with 1mm thick laminate of shade crome yellow on both sides with partly glass panel of 5mm thick clear glass fixed with teakwood lipping with semi itching design including necessary hardwares such as SS butt hinges 125x70x4mm, SS matt finish cylindrical lock etc. complete as per the drawing. (35mm thick Block Board shall conform to IS659-2004 & 1mm thick laminate of suede (SF) surface shall conform to IS2046-1995. All the above materials shall be of first quality) a)Teak wood planks 1st class, Teak wood lipping 35mm Thck. Wood beading of size 15x12mm on both faces of glass. 10% wastage (Refer CPWD Vol I 2007 RA 9.111.1 Page 417)

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows trusses & other frames wrought framed and fixed in positon. b)Second class matti wood

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory window including anodized aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws: b)Second class Indian teak wood

Providing flat iron hold fast 40 cm including fixing to frame with 10 mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeded in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. b)40 x 3 mm flat iron hold fast, 15 cm long

Providing of Table Type T-3 Staff Table of size 1.50m x 0.70m x 0.75m table made of 19mm thick Marine plywood with desk top and 6mm thick Glass top and vertical sides finished in 1mm laminate having 6mm thick half round teak wood moulding of one open space for CPU of width 0.30m and one sliding drawer above of 60mm depth of 12mm thick marine ply and one openable shutter below drawer of width 0.45 face finished in 1mm laminate finish with foot rest. Including necessary hardware such as SS hinges telescopic drawer channel. 3" dia wire manager and all external 1mm laminate finish and inside laminate complete.

Providing and fixing of cupboards of various sizes with 19mm thick marine ply and shelf with equal depth fixing with top finished with 1mm thick laminate matt finish with 5mm thick teak wood beading, M.S. chrome plated buff finished handle including melamine polish etc complete as per Architecural drawings.
