Servicing and Overhauling of 33KV, 1250 Amps, Jyoti make Vacuum Circuit Breaker, type : VY – 30M25R, by Jyoti Service technicians /authorize Service provider as detailed below : a) Visual inspection and cleaning of Breaker ,b) Lubrication of moving parts of mechanism , c) Checking the operation of closing and tripping coil , d) Checking of test service aux. switch operation , e) Checking of tripping mechanism operation. , f) Checking of Breaker Aux. switch operation , g) Checking of spring charging limit switch operation , h) checking of damper setting , i) Measurement of stoke gaps for VI contacts in VCB and adjustment if required. , j) Tightness checking of power connection of VCB and electrical wiring in breakers. k) Checking and tightening of nuts/Bolts and other fasteners in VCB , l) Checking of all circlips and lock washers of vcb , m) Checking of Breaker ON/Off operation manually and electrically, n) Measurement of contact resistance , HV test , closing & tripping timing q) Cleaning of U-barrier , r) Cleaning of Jaw Contacts , s) Checking alignment of breaker with the male contacts of panel., t) Checking anti-pumping operation in VCB etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
