Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1:cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Supply and installation of Aluminium Louvers. The frame should be made of Aluminium tubes of size 100x50X1.50 mm thk and 50X25x1.50 mm thk C channels. Aluminium Z shaped louvers of 100mm should be fixed to the supporting frame with aluminium cleats, GI screws, etc complete. The whole assembly is powder coated with pure polyester paint. (MS framing to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade, area of slab over 0.50 sqm A) Jet Black

Providing & Fixing in position Double Skin roof with Zincalume/ Galvalume colour coated & bare profile sheet with subtle square fluting factory cut at all heights for roof, side & Gable cladding complete in all respect. TOP SHEET-The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action. The feed material should be manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc &1.5% Si) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 type 3-4. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 μm, comprising of nominal 20 μm exterior SMP coat on top surface and nominal 5 μm reverse backer coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade.

Total Coated Thickness (TCT) should be 0.50mm. Total Painted Thickness (TPT) should be in addition to 0.50mm. The steel sheet shall be fastened with nominal 40 μm zinc coated or nominal 25 μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. The fastener size shall be calculated as per the design or manufacturers recommendations. The profile sheet, fastener size etc. shall be approved by the Engineer. The sheeting should be with minimum 200mm lap & waterproof with Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all end laps, complete as directed Z-Sub Girt - roll formed section 50x50x50x1.50 TCT, 120GSM Galvanised, High Strength (345 MPa), approximate Wt. 1.85 kg/r.m. fixed with self tapping screws Glass Wool Insulation with FSK facing 50mm with 24 kg/m3 density in between 2 sheets. LINER SHEET-bare galvalume/zincalume roofing sheet of same profile as top sheet. The feed material is of manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) (0.47 mm TCT), Histrength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides), passivated & resin coated. The feed material should have coil manufacturer’s product details marked at regular interval for confirming genuinity of the material. complete as per the directions of the engineer. The steel manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical & mechanical properties of steel must be submitted for approval prior to installation.

Providing & fixing in position Galvalume/Zincalume flashings, cappings,ridges, gutters upto 600mm/610mm girth and min 3.00m in length (cold Rolled Steel 550 MPa yeild Stress ASTM A 446 Grade E) with hot-dip metallic coating of aluminium-zinc alloy(AZ 150 galvalume) (150 gms/sqm total of both sides with Al-Zn Composition= 55% & 43.5% resp. & 1.5% Si conforming to ASTM 792/ AS 1397) 0.45 mm base metal thickness and 0.50mm total coated thickness, factory cut at all heights for roof, side & gable cladding complete in all respects with AZ 150 GSM SMP color Coated (20mic exterior coat of Silicon Modified Polyester paint system over 5 mic primer and 5 mic polyester back coat over 5 mic primer) incl. fixing to purlins with no 12x14x55mm mechanically galvanised hex head self drilling screws of the best quality as per AS-3566 class 3-4 approved, which should be compatible to be used with sheets. with integral washers and EPDM seals etc. Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all end laps, complete as directed.

Providing & applying Rustonil (P.no.569) or equivalent for removing rust & phospating of steel structures or steel reinforcement in RCC to be applied in 1 coat ( it necessary then 2nd coat) before application of bonding agent.

Crack filler for plasters, IPS, cement sand screeds and non – structural cracks. Do Not open the cracks, Clean the cracks so as to free them from oil, dust, loose particles etc. Moisten the surface with water, Fill cracks with EPCO – ACR using spatula or a putty knife. While applying avoid formation of cavity or bubbles. After filling , allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours. Apply in layers at 24 hours interval. If the depth of the crack is more than 10mm. incl. cost of scaffolding transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalen.

Fabrication and fixing of Aluminium composite panel cladding with thick 4mm/ 0.25mm ACP sheets, aluminium framework, with 50 X 25 X1.2 mm thick sections. Silicon sealants etc. including accessories complete.

Dismantling G.I. sheets roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 meters lead.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing, fixed with galvanized iron j or 1 hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins rafter and trusses.0.63 mm thick sheet - 24 G

Supplying and Laying mangalore tile roof covering existing battern including nail etc. complete

Paints two coats on G. I. Sheet with superior quality ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs terrace toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. Or equivalent jointless water proofing plaster of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 find sand), finished smooth with wooden trowel with false marking of 30 cms square. The vertical surface of the adjoining walls are to be treated upto a height of 30cms including rounding of junction (the rate includes for complete items including labour and materials and including cost of initial treatment of roof slab as follows. The injunction of damp proof or equivalent compound with cement solution will be given as and when found necessary for filling honey comb, cracks etc. in the R.C.C. slabs). NOTE: cement consumption 25 kg/sq.m.

Providing and laying half brick masonry using fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with 2 nos of 8mm dia M.S bars with concret patlis of M15 grade at every 1 meter course embedded in cement mortar above plinth upto floor V level.(With bricks of class designation 40 kg/sq.cm.).

Steel work welded (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only)in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position etc.

Removing and refixing of flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer : Flamed finish granite stone slab. Providing and fixing GI wire mesh 1"x1" 11 gauge fixed and welded within the M.S frame work provided as per the direction of Engineer incharge (M.S frame work will be paid seperately)

Providing, erecting and dismantling of scaffolding of width 1.20mts made up of 100mm dia wooden ballies with 38mm thick wooden planks platforms of width 1.20mts at every 2.50mts vertical spacing and for a total vertical height upto 15.00mts. from ground level etc. complete.

Steel (Salvage)

Chemical waterproofing : a)Open terraces,roof slab:Providing and applying waterproofing treatment on RCC Slab and walls. (i) Surface preparation of roof slab area by manual or mechanical means to remove the existing sand cement mortar rendering/grinding of sharp edges etc. and cleaning of other foreign materials. (ii) Repairing surface, irregularities,pot holes, damaged concrete,cracks if any, with Polymer based Mortar of approved brand iii)Use of sreed to give proper slope. (iv) Providing and making chamfer at all horinzontal and vertical areas. Opening of all construction joints/horizontal to vertical in groove shape to a depth of 30mm-50mm, cleaning of joints thoroughly, Application of bonding coat of approved brand in ratio 1 partApproved chemicals:3 parts of cement,when the coat is tacky filling of the joint with high strength polymer repair mortar of Approved brand / equivalent and finishing the same in line concrete surface. (iv) Providing and applying of , two component flexible crack bridging coating of approved brand, mixing powder : liquid by mechanical stirrer for 2-3 minutes and application in two coats @ 3.5-4 kg/2mm thickness with a interval of 4-6 hours . Rate shall include the cost of furnishing and of guarantee from the applicator for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion of project including rectification of any leakages / dampness free of cost observed during guarantee period. Mesurement shall be as per treated surface area.

Expansion Joint Details Cleaning of concrete surface on both side of the expansion joint to remove any dust, oil, grease including removal of laitance and cleaning the inside of the expansion joint with compressed air.Repairing the edges of the joint (in case of weak concrete at the joint edge) and also configuring the joint width (in case ofexpansion joints with irregular width more than the width of the chosen Sikadur Combiflex Tape width) with epoxy repair mortar Sikadur 31 and Sikadur 41. Supply and apply an epoxy based membrane adhesive base coat. Product: Sikadur®-31 C. Consumption: 0.5 kg/m (strip width 150mm) Consumption: 0.7 kg/m (strip width 200 mm) Consumption: 1.0 kg/m (strip width 300mm) Product requirements: mixed density: 1.75 kg/ltr; bond strength 1.5 N/mm2.Supply and apply a flexible FPO based membrane. Product: Sikafdur®-Combiflex® SG System 2 mm Product requirements: Chemical Base Modified flexible Polyolefin (FPO) with advanced adhesion Fire Rating Euroclass E (EN ISO 11925-2, classification to EN 13501-1) Service Temperature -30°C min. to +40°C max. in wet conditions -30°C min. to +60°C max. in dry conditions.

Exterior wall waterproofing Exterior wall cracks opening with grinder and cleaning the surface for crack filling. After opening the wall cracks filling with Sika Flex Construction + with necessary scaffolding 1 coat sika W Primer, 2 coat sikagurd XT application.

Providing and injecting PU foam grouting for Horace the water pressure. After the PU grouting, epoxy grouting is done to stop the leakages permanently by injection grouting method to cracks on vertical and horizontal cracks and honeycombing areas in concrete surface including the following steps, to the satisfaction & engineer in charge. 1) Providing and fixing injection nipples along the cracks at a distance of 25 cms certain to center with sikadur 31 for sealing the sides of the nipple. 2) Providing and injecting sikadur 52 (epoxy grout) in the nozzle till the entire cracks is filled and saturation level is achieved. 3) Cutting of the nozzle flush to the concrete surface. Successful application depends on very careful preparation. The surface to be Treated must be structurally sound, free from oil, grease, surface contaminants. dirt, Dust and other foreign materials. Concrete which is fully contaminated with oil/ grease must be removed to the depth of sound & uncontaminated concrete. Impregnation of cracks on horizontal slabs:Impregnation is applied with a paint brush or roller until complete saturation of the substrate is achieved. Cracks are sealed by pouring mixed Sikadur 52 directly from the mixing vessel between two “dams” made from Sikaflex® sealant. Crack penetrating slabs to their so it should first be sealed on the underside with Sikadur®-31 epoxy mortar or a suitable cementitious Sika mortar . Injection of cracks on horizontal / vertical slabs: Injection flange / nipples are fixed along the crack line at an approximately 25 cm center-to-center distance with Sikadur®-31. Crack mouth should be opened and sealed with Sikadur ®-31. Crack penetrating slabs to their soffit should also be sealed on the underside with Sikadur®-31 epoxy mortar or a suitable cementitious Sika mortar. Mixed Sikadur®-52 can be injected under pressure through injection ports using injection pump, such as Wagner finish 270, Aliva AL-1200, AL-1250 or the Sika® Hand Pump. As soon as injection resin oozes out of the next injection port, the first one is sealed and injection process is continued from next port a) Providing and applying polyurethane base foam for injection pressure grouting for masonry wall b) Providing and applying nozzle epoxy pressure grouting with Sikadur 52. c) Providing and rendering Sika monotop 122 F 30kg bag repairing mortar application for vertical and horizontal cracks areas.d) Application charges for sika monotop 122 F repairing mortar 30kg bag

Terrace Waterproofing with Sika PVC Membrane methodology Supply and apply a polyurethane based two component adhesive for adhering Sarnafil membrane , Sarnacol 2152 @ 1 kg/m2 on the horizontal surface then adhering 1.5 mm thick Sarnafil G 476_15, heat weldable, multilayer, root resistant glass reinforced, thermo plastic synthetic roofing membrane made of plasticized polyvinyl chloride (pvc-p). Including complete installation using the fully adhered – perimeter fastened method as per manufacturer’s method statement including overlapping, seam welding, detailing, etc.Product requirements: root resistant as per FLL/EN 13948; tensile strength 8.5 N/mm2 elongation at break ≥ 180% as per EN 12311-2 . 1) Supply and apply a polyester based geo textile protection fleece.Sarnafelt 300,Product requirements: density ≥ 300 g/m2; thickness: 2.4 mm; tensile strength:≥430 N/50mm; elongation at break: 100 %; tear strength: ≥ 250 N; puncture resistance: 1600 N. 3) Supply and apply a 1.5 mm thick Sarnafil G 410_15 L, twin colour, heat weldable, UV and weather resistant, fibre glass reinforced, thermo plastic synthetic roofing membrane made of virgin plasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC-p) containing a transparent coating applied on the top surface to resist staining from airborne dirt particles and pollutants. Including complete installation using the fully adhered method, with a polyurethane based synthetic adhesive as per manufacturer’s method statement including overlapping, seam welding, detailing etc. Membrane should be secured at parapet junctions with S U Bar, Sarnafast Fasteners, and, terminated with S termination bar III & Sikaflex 11FC sealant complete at termination level of membrane as per manufacturer specification etc. all along the perimeter of the parapets, upstands, etc. Product requirements membrane: certified by the British Board of Agreement (BBA) to have a life expectancy “in excess of 30 years” for the fully adhered application; conforms to EN 13956, GB 12952-type G, JIS A 6008; Elongation 180%; impact strength 450 mm height (falling mass 0.5 kg); tensile strength: 8.5 N/mm2; weather resistant. 4) Providing and laying protective screed minimum 50mm thick reinfroced with welded mesh and admixed with waterprofing compound Sika Plastocrete Plus.

ALUMINIUM GUTTER- NON INSULATED Supply and fixing of 2 mm thick aluminium gutter, EPDM Expansion joints for every 12m length, Down take spout dia 200 mm for every 9m gutter length, & other accessories. The Girth of gutter would be maximum 1500 mm.

CALCIUM SILICATE BOARD FALSE CEILING Providing and fixing in 12.5mm thick calcium silicate board suspended false ceiling in horizontal / vertical surfaces, stepped, cove ( straight & curvature), consisting of G.I. Perimeter channel of size 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm and other flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm along with the perimeter of ceiling, ms screws fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and ms screw at 610mm centers. Then suspend G.I. Intermediate channels of size 45mm x0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1220 mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25 x 0.55mm thick to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling sections of 0.5mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centers. Single layer 12.5mm thick calcium silicate board with tapered edge of size 1200mm x 1800mm is then screwed to the ceiling section with 25mm dry wall ms screws at 230mm centers. Finally boards should be jointed and finished with jointing compound paper tape to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing tile tapered edge of the board. The item also includes providing cutouts for electrical fixtures etc. Marking has to be provided for Sprinkler, Smoke Detectors etc. on the ceiling and also templates have to be provided and fixed in the ceiling made of 12mm BWR (boiling water proof) Plywood.numberte :- As laid (Gypsum surface area) area shall be measured for billing. All material shall be of approved make. All works complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.

Cutting and sealing of core cut plumbing holes Cleaning of holes with bristle brush throughly fixing of 4" joint tape on the bottom side of core cut pipe hole make it roughned for mechanical binding application of bonding coat of epoxy bonding agent on top area and filling of micro concrete of approved brand and sealing it completely to make it waterproof. 4"

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of IP 66 class of protection LED Flood light having CCT 5700K with pressure die cast housing with 120lm/w having power consuption of 50 watts or more of make Bajaj model GLATT MT 60L WH PO PC SD or Equivalent in Crompton, Philips, Syska, Wipro, vin etc (equivalent to be approved by Engineer in Charge before execution of work with 3 years minimum warranty and including accessors like mounting complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of IP 66 class of protection LED Flood light having CCT 5700K with pressure die cast housing with 120lm/w having power consuption of 100 watts or more of make Bajaj model GLATT MT 120L WH PO PC SD or Equivalent in Crompton, Philips, Syska, Wipro, vin etc (equivalent to be approved by Engineer in Charge before execution of work with 3 years minimum warranty and including accessors like mounting complete as required.
