Repairs, Servicing , Overhauling of indoor 3.3KV, 630A Jyoti make , Type: VK10J25 Vacuum Circuit Breaker and outdoor 33KV 1250Amps Type : VY30M25D ,Vacuum circuit breaker by Jyoti service technicians / experienced technician . The scope of work is detailed below : a) Visual inspection and Cleaning of Breaker ,b) Lubrication of moving parts of mechanism , c) Checking the operation of closing and tripping coil , d) Checking of test service aux. switch operation , e) Checking of tripping mechanism operation. , f) Checking of Breaker Aux. switch operation , g) Checking of spring charging limit switch operation , h) checking of damper setting , i) Measurement of stoke gaps for VI contacts in VCB and adjustment if required. , j) Tightness checking of power connection of VCB and electrical wiring in breakers.

k) Checking and tightening of nuts/Bolts and other fasteners in VCB , l) Checking of all circlips and lock washers of VCB, m) Checking of Breaker ON/Off operation manually and electrically, n) Measurement of contact resistance , HV test , closing & tripping timing o) Cleaning of U-barrier , p) Cleaning of Jaw Contacts , q) Checking alignment of breaker with the male contacts of panel., r) Checking anti-pumping operation in VCB , s)Replacing of defective parts if any Complete, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Servicing and overhauling of 3.3KV, 400A Jyoti make Type: JVE-604 Vacuum Contactor by Jyoti service technicians /experienced technician. The Scope of work is as detailed below : a) Cleaning and checking of all parts and replacement of wear out components. b) Greasing at required place.c) Replacement of any defective parts if found d) Checking and tightening of electrical wiring in VC , e) Checking of ON/OFF operation in VC f) Measurement of opening and closing time of VC , g) Checking the healthiness of VC JAW thorough cleaning of VC , h) Checking of healthiness of closing & tripping coils in VC, i) Checking of Vacuum interrupter of VC by Hi-Pot ( HV AC testing kit), j) Checking & record of contact resistances of VC , k) Checking the shutter operation of the VC panels , l) Checking the operation of the test & Service limit Switch., m) IR measurement test of VC , n) Measurement of timing test of VC , o) Rack -in & Rack out of VC in Switchgear panel , p) Replacing of minor defective parts if any , Complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
