20mm cement plaster 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Providing and laying jet black mirror polish granite flooring and dado over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid over and jointed with cement slurry including rubbling complete Granitic slab (jet blck with mirror polish) 20 mm thick add q0% wastage 1.00

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. a) 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Providing and fixing R.C.C. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggreate granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) benches including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surface to give smooth and even surface except on the seat & the back of the bench which shall be of marble mosaic chips finished, rubbed and polished to granolithic finish top layer 6mm thick with white black coloured marble chips of sizes from smallest to 4mm nominal size laid in cement marble powder mix 3: 1 (3 white cement : 1marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips by volume with under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) incl. finishing the rear and bottom sides with waterproofing cement pant of approved brand and required shade (3 or more coats) to give an even shade complete

Supplying, fabricating and recting dome of polycarbonate sheet on 4 pillars of SS304, dome dia: 3.5m, Dome polycarbonate sheet thickness: 2.5 to 3mm, colour: Transparent or as per customer's choice, Dome would be installed on the structure by using self tapping screw of SS304. Arch shape structure for Dome installation would be made up of SS304 material using 50x50x2.5mm SHS, Dome cap of saluminium would be fixed up on top epdm gasket. All 4 columns (Pillars) upto 3m height would be made up of SS304, 100mm dia pipe and will be grouted 0.6m depth.

Supply and installation of Marble statue, half busted and having a dimension of 24"x18"12" with colouring details as per the requisition given by the client, including tranportation and handling charges etc. Complete as per the direction of site engineer in charge.

Supplying plaque of 1st class quality black granite of size 2'x3' with all lettering and engraving in gold colour at site including transportation and handling charges etc. Complete as per the direction of site engineer in charge.
