Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.)

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.) for Grading II(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects) for Grading-II(10 mm nominal size)

Earthwork in excavation for roadway in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, clay gravel murrum of all varieties shingles pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, ordinary soft rock, disintegrated rock fissured rock shuttered decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under Appendix "A" to those specification either in full or parts as the case may be by with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers or any approved method or method as the case may be convenient or permitted including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment for all leads including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.as per MORTH Specification 301and inclusive of chiselling, wedging, blasting prohibited etc. in all conditions such as dry moist saturated submerged foul conditions etc. and as directed by the Engineer in - charge including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soft/rock to be levelled & neatly dressed including pumping and bailing of water barricading danger lighting guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in Charge including all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard Laterite stone under floors including watering, ramming & consolidating etc. complete

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications PCC Grade M20

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made, the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Directorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reinforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concrete and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity. Note: Slabs to be procured from GHRSSIDC at and payment shall be made on submission of invoices.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Metal Beam Crash Barrier Type - B, Providing and erecting a "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier \providing and erecting "Thrie Beam " Crash barrier comprising of following three factory made unitesviz. 1) Thrie Beam 2) Spacer Block 3) Vertical Post. The Thrie beam 3mm thick cold roll formed guard rail raw material Conforming to IS-5986-2011 with minimum Grade 255 & with minimum yield stress of 255 Mpa which is fixed by bolted connection to spacer block C-channel of size 150mm* 75mm & 5mm thick, 54.6cm height spaced 2meter centre to centre, fixed to Vertical Post C-channel of size 150mm*75mm&5mm thick cold roll formed section made from HR coils raw material conforming to IS-5986- 2011 with minimum Grade 255 & with minimum yield stress of 255MPa, with 85cms free height above road or Ground level, and embedded to 115cms deep in cement concrete block of size 35cm*35*115cm or as directed by Engineer Incharge, assembled & fixed as per drawings of MORTH&H Circular No.RW/NH/33022/1/94-DO/III, dated 24/6/1994 & construction operation as per 811 or revevant MORT&H specifications for Roads & Bridge Works (latest edition). All fittings (bolts, nuts, fasteners, washers etc.) shall be conforming to IS:1367 & IS:1364 & galvanished by hot dip zinc coated process @0.55kg/m2 conforming to relevent IS specifications all etc. complete

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973)
