Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link mesh 6.35cm x 6.35 cm x 10 gauge (2.5” x 2.5” x 10 gauge) fixed with angle iron posts and struts by G.I. or M.S. staples at 20cms apart with welding with the iron posts (placed at 3 meters centre to centre) including providing barbed wire stiffeners (shall weigh 9.33 kg. per 100 meters minimum) at top and bottom with barbed wire stiffers by binding wires at 50cms centre to centre complete as per the direction of the Engineer – in – charge (angle iron posts struts, earthwork and concrete for fencing posts and struts to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing colour coated galvulium roofing sheets of 0.5mm thickness including all the accessories (TATA make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

40 mm. thick red oxide flooring under layer of 30 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and top layer of 10 mm thick plaster of cement red oxide mix using 3.5 kg. Of red oxide of iron per 50 kg. of cement 1:3(1cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement red oxide mix of same proportion.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indorr type, cubicle, motor starter panel board, fabricated in 1.5 mm thick CRCA sheet. The panel shall be powder coated. The panel shall be of size 1150 x 750 x 300 mm. The Panel shall have proper locking arrangement to facilitate pad locking. Outer door that houses meter box shall have a waterproof viewing glass to view energy meter readings without opening the panel doors. All the switchgear shall be mounted on plywood of 12 mm thickness. All power wiring shall be with 10 sq.mm copper cables and copper lugs. All the wiring will be done in cable trays and accessible from front side of the panel. The panel will have the following. TP meter box with TP MCB 32 Amps Phase indicating lamps --3 nos. Voltmeter 500 volts of size 96 sq.mm with selector switch Ammeter of size 96 sq. mm TPN ICTP 32 Amps Star Delta Starter 5-7.5 HP to run in automatic or manual mode Capacitor 3kVar Single phasing preventer Auto Manual Time switch 24 hours make of switch gear: L&T/ Schneider/ Siemens Provision in the starter Panel to connect to pressure switch.

Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of booster pump set varticle in line having a discharge of 3-5lps at 69-80 metre head motor 7.09 KW/5-7.5 HP/1440/RPM with SS shaft, SS impellar, SS difuser with cast iron casing and mechanical seal. Make kirloskar/Compton/ equivalent.

Supplying at store or site of work Rigid PVC (SEL FIT) pipes for public water supply including Railway freight, carting, loading and unloading, stacking, transit insurance etc. complete, conforming to IS: 4985-2000, and bearing ISI mark, Class 10 kg/cm2.

(rate is inclusive of rate earthwork excavation, cost of surface cover and all other materials and labour and as per details below)

with C.I. Surface box 100mm top dia 160mm bottom dia and 160mm deep of wt 15kg inside with chain lid in 120 mm thick RCC slab cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size)

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fabricating, providing, laying & jointing with MS flanged pipe & specials for delivery connections of pumps to a single delivery manifold as per requirement of size of delivery with each pump and size of common delivery & manifold for pumps of adequate dial size having thickness of standard size as per requirements of department including dish ends (if required) with each manifold and lifting arrangements, base frame of RSS channel, angle etc. complete. The cost is inclusive if cost of material, labour, fabrication unit, etc.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark,of approved brands, including accessories and providing special protective masonry chamber as per enclosed drawing ( to be paid extra)( without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).
