Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

a) All works upto plinth level

Removing old loose bottom or side cover of RCC slab, beam, columns etc. rubbing surface of concrete steel using wire brush and applying 2 coats of Alkaline rust converting primer (Feovert) after a waiting time of 6 hrs between coats and then applying another anti corrosive protective coating system ) for reinforcement bars (IPNet-RB) Conforms to IS-2770 Part-1 (Pull out Test) ASTM-3963-86 (Adhesion Test) and then applying concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor (EPCO-KP100) and applying bonding new to old concrete (Epibond) Conforms to ASTM-C-882-87 and plastering on the fresh bond coat with Polymer Modified Mortar (Monobond) with 20mm C.M 1:3 and finishing coat of 6mm C.P 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand ) incl. cost of transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent.

Providing pressure grouting at a pressure of 5.6kg/sqcm in required row / zigzag fashion as specified at 1.5m interval, as per the site condition to stop leakages, in water retaining structures, including water proofing compound, hardening materials, compressor, necessary allied equipment,scaffolding centering, shuttering ,and necessary platform with staging required for the completion of the job along with smooth finishing the grouted surface etc. in overhead reservoir for reinforced concrete structure complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10 kilometres distance having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per the mix design including the cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability of M- 30 for reinforced cement concrete work including the cost of pumping the R.M.C from transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of reinforcement ,including the cost of centering shuttering for R.C.C work, including construction of working platforms with staging at suitable heights for the construction of the overhead reservoir for a height of 25 metre with ballies, bamboos, planks rafters, and allied components, including plastering in cement mortar of 1:3 in 15mm thickness for all external R.C.C surfaces of columns, beams ,bracings, girders of overhead reservoir, (with mechanical machine mixer for plaster),including the cost of successful water tightness test as per IS code with relevant latest amendments complete in all respects as per IS code with relevant latest amendments complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge in overhead reservoir.

a) More than 15m up to 20m. height in column, beams bracings, landing slabs,etc.

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. Lead.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones for 23 cms thick masonry walls in Cement mortar. 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation upto plinth level

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer one or more coats of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Supplying and fixing of cast iron ladder in concrete ladder of width 45 cms (in side dimensions of ladder) for inside/outside for RC.C. reservoir with steps spaced at 25 cms centre to centre with size of 15mm x 6mm for vertical supports in ladder and 10mmx 6 mm size for steps complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer- in -charge.

Providing & applying primer and one coat of Red Oxide of iron paints, internally, including cleaning the surface of pipes with steel scrappers, wire brushes, and metal cleaning solution, etc. as per the direction of engineer -in- charge.
