'Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required '(b) Cat B

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/ 6 A modular switch on board the modular surface/recessed PVC/GI modular box by suitably increasing its modular capacity, modular plate and cover including connection painting etc. as required. '(b) Cat B

Supplying and fixing following way TPN sheet steel, double door, Horizontal type MCB distribution board 415 V on surface/ recess complete with tinned copper busbar neutral busbar earth bar dinnbar detachable gland plate interconnections phosphotized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required ( but without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

(i) 8 way (8+24), double door, Horizontal type Cat B

Supplying and fixing 6 A to 32 A, C series MCB suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 A, C series MCB suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc as required.

(j) TPN, Cat B

Supply of 4 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554(Part I) ,IS:7098(Part I) with latest amendments of following size.

4 Core 16 sq.mm

Supply of 3 core unarmoured PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554(Part I) ,IS:7098(Part I) with latest amendments of following size

3 Core 2.5 sq.mm

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of LED 22 W, Luminaire make Havells, ( Cat no. UMINEBS22WLED865SPCWH) or Equivalent in Crompton / Bajaj / Phillips / Legero . Complete as required. (Equivalent to be approved by Engineer incharge )

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Garden Spike Light of 12 W or higher of make Pasolite ( Cat no.POGS 03) or Equivalent in Bajaj / Philips/ Legero/ Jaquar. complete as required. (Equivalent to be approved by Engineer incharge )

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Light Pole fabricated of GI pipe 40 mm height 3 mts above ground level and having horizontal arm of 1.5 mts fabricated of 25 mm GI pipe. The pole shall be painted with suitable paint and complete with decorative light fitting as selected and directed by the office of Chief Architect PWD and complete as required with connections necessary foundation etc and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Supplying and fixing suitable size modular PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/ 6 A modular switch connection painting etc. as required. Cat(b)

Supply of 9W LED Bulb of Havells, Bajaj, Phillips, Panasonic, Anchor, Crompton.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of rigid PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface(medium)/recess(heavy) including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

(b) 25 mm

Supply and fixing of decorative wall mounted light fitting in bamboo/cane( as directed by the chief Architect)

Supply and fixing of decorative Ceiling mounted light fitting in bamboo/cane( as directed by the chief Architect)

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark, of approved brands including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking /Lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size not less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size not less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).

(a) In soily strata

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode as required( 65 Kgs of Charcoal and 5 Kgs of Salt).

Supplying and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.5 m below ground level for conductor earth electrode including soldering etc. as required

Obtaining temporary electricity connections from Electricity Dept. for the temporary illumination/lighting including all formalities such as submission of Applications (Requisitions), Test Reports and liaisoning with Electricity Department and other agencies including payment of necessary charges. The work shall be complete with all necessary electrical requirements such as earthings, MCB's, RCCB's, ELCB's etc and any other accessory and complete as required.

Three phase connections.

Provision towards security deposit and energy charges with all statutory requirements complete as required and which shall be paid as per actuals on production of energy consumption bills. The bill shall be paid by the contractor.

Dismantling all the electrical accessories and handing over the same to the Division Office at Tonca Caranzalem with proper inventory and complete as required.
