Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vertical multistage centrifugal 7.5HP cri make or equivalent pumpset suitable for vertical mounting to a discharge of 9m3/hr at 122mtr. Head with 40mm outlet. The pump section impeller, diffusers and shaft should be of AISI stainless steel in appropriate size of galavanised header with butterfly ballvalve and non return valve to be provided. The pump should be air cooled and directly coupled with motor section and suitable for operation of 440v. with the provision of earthing with G.I earth pipe 2.00 meter long 40mm dia medium (class B) with ISI mark including accessories etc complete. The pump shall be mounted on a prefabricates M.S. Pipeline of 80mm dia. of 10mm thick plate including necessary excavation, fittings, bends, flanges etc. including providing and fixing pressure gauges (2 nos) fixing of sluice valves and non return valves etc. complete as per enclosed drawing (excluding the cost of excavation, sluice valves and non return valves)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of L T control panel box type power coated and fabricated with 16swg CR sheet size 1000x500x400mm foot mounted to fix appropriate size coated sheet room to run one of pump, with the following electrical accessories 63A MCCB incomer, as per rating, metering, RYB indicator, volt and ampere meter, with the following set of electrical for individual 63 ASDF 20A contactor MU G40, timer indicator ON, OFF push button selector switch.

Supplying at store or site of work including railway freight, carting, loading, unloading, stacking etc. C.I. Reflux valve conforming to IS:5312 part-I. Valve double flanged ends without bypass arrangements and drilled to IS:1538 part IV & VI bearing ISI Certificate mark TYPE P.N. 1.0 (Class B)
