Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 40- 60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to the specified percentage of total mix , transported to site, with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smoth wheeled roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction,using antistripping agent complete as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 504. Grade-II (19mm nominal size)@ 4% of Bitumen-mix. (a) Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and laying 30 mm thick Bituminious/Asphaltic concrete with 40-60 batch type HMP producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified gradings Premixed with bituminious binder at 6.5 % by weight of total mix and filler using Antistripping agent transporting the hotmix to work site with all leads and applying a tack coat @f 2.00 kg/10sq.m. with hot bitumen of 80/100 and laying with hydrostatic/hydraulic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT&H specifications clause 509 and 503. (a) Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803.

Cutting bituminous road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of aggregate, murrum grit and bitumen required (bitumen shall be straight run bitumen 80/100 or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-charge)including supplying of bitumen.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position ready  mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level (ii) M-15 grade of concrete

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : (b) vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses,fillets, etc.

Providing and fixing stainless steel railing in AISI 316 grade mirror finish with main frame of 50mm dia (1.5mm thick) pipe @ 180mm C/C with one horizontal tube of size 25mm (1.5mm thick) with full welding and fixing with 80mm dia Heavy duty all as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge (Rate shall be all inclusive of taxes, freight, fixing e.t.c on site)

Transportation and carriage of material by tipper truck including loading, unloading and stacking. A)Lime,building rubbish, manure sludge, moorum excavated rock ii) Earth upto 5kms.

Retro- reflectorised Traffic signs (Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 2012 made of high intensity Grade sheeting using ASTM sheeting "C' type XI micro prismatic retro reflective material vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing)etc complete as per MORT &H Specifications Fifth Edition. A 10 years warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor

Painting one or more coats of acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture(Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) on old work including cleaning the surface with water etc. complete.

Painting one or more coats with superior quality ready mixed paint of steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade.

Providing and laying upto floor five level cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including smooth finishing to exposed surfaces, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including centering and shuttering etc. (b) String courses, copings, bedplates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like.

Road Delineators (Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide stripes, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and confirming to IRC-79 and the drawings.)

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973)
