Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503.b) Bitumen 80/100 @ 0.20 kg/sq.m

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to the specified percentage of total mix , transported to site, with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smoth wheeled roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction, using antistripping agent complete as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 504. Grade-II (19mm nominal size)@3.3% of Bitumen-mix Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 40-60 TPH Drum Mix type Hhot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminious binder to mix with filler, transporting the hotmix to work site, with all leads laying with a hydrostatic/hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, using antistripping agent rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 509 Grade-II (13mm nominal size) @ 6.0% Bitumen of grade 60/70 Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803.

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973).

Earthwork in excavation for roadway in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, clay gravel murrum of all varieties shingles pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, ordinary soft rock, disintegrated rock fissured rock shuttered decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under Appendix "A" to those specification either in full or parts as the case may be by with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers or any approved method or method as the case may be convenient or permitted including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment for all leads including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.as per MORTH Specification 301and inclusive of chiselling, wedging, blasting prohibited etc. in all conditions such as dry moist saturated submerged foul conditions etc. and as directed by the Engineer in - charge including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soft/rock to be levelled & neatly dressed including pumping and bailing of water barricading danger lighting guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in Charge including all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures of culvert, abntments piers, retaining wall etc in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, clay gravel murrum of all varieties shingles pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, ordinary soft rock, disintegrated rock fissured rock shuttered decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under Appendix "A" to those specification either in full or parts as the case may be including cutting & transporting the earth to site of embankment, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross section as per MORT specification 304 or adopting mechanical means or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging blasting prohibited etc. in all conditions such as dry moist saturated submerged foul conditions etc. and as directed by the Engineer in - charge including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soft/rock to be levelled & neatly dressed including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides & bottom, black filling the excavation earth pumping and bailing of water, carriage and disposal of excavated material barricading danger lighting guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in Charge including all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

b) vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) All works upto plinth level

b) In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. a) 75 mm dia

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity. Note: Slabs to be procured from GHRSSIDC and payment shall be made on submission of invoices.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level M-35 grade of concrete

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and erecting a "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier comprising of following three factory made unites-viz. 1) Thrie-Beam 2) Spacer Block 3) Vertical Post. The Thrie-beam 3mm thick cold roll formed guard rail raw material Conforming to IS-5986-2011 with minimum Grade 255 & with minimum yield stress of 255 Mpa which is fixed by bolted connection to spacer block C-channel of size 75mmx150mm & 5mm thick, 54.6cm height spaced 2meter center to center, fixed to Vertical Post C-channel of size 75mmx150mm &5mm thick cold roll formed section made from HR coils raw material conforming to IS-5986-2011 with minimum Grade 255 & with minimum yield stress of 255MPa, with 85cms free height above road or Ground level, and embedded to 115cms deep in cement concrete block of size 35cm*35*115cm of minimum grade M15 (1:2:4) or as directed by Engineer In charge, assembled & fixed as per drawings of MORTH&H Circular No.RW/NH /33022/1/94-DO/III, dated 24/6/1994 & construction operation as per 811 or relevant MORT&H specifications for Roads & Bridge Works (latest edition). All fittings (bolts, nuts, fasteners, washers etc.) shall be conforming to IS:1367 & IS:1364 & galvanized by hot dip zinc coated process @0.55kg/m2 conforming to relevant IS specifications all etc. complete.
