Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures of culverts, abutments piers, retaining walls etc. as per drawing and technical specification, in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, murum of all varieties shingles pebbles, all types of conglomerates laterite rock etc. soft rock, marshy soil, ordinary rock, or disintegrated rock, fissured shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock, all such material as described under Appendix to those specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul condition etc including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms getting out the excavated soil/rock to be levelled & neatly dressed including pumping & bailing out of water, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work, barricading danger lighting, guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including all leads and lifts complete and upto depth of excavation as per MoRT&H Specification 304.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) High Performance Concrete per MORTH clause 1715 manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineerin-charge. All works upto floor V level M-15 grade of concrete

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns and mass concrete.

vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth

Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white washing of rail posts etc. all complete.

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the rerquirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with Static roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Retro- reflectorised Traffic signs (Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 2012 made of high intensity Grade sheeting using ASTM sheeting "C' type XI micro prismatic retro reflective material vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing)etc complete as per MORT &H Specifications Fifth Edition. A 10 years warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. 60 cm equilateral triangle To be procurred through GHRSSIDC & payment will be released on submission of invoices.
