GSR 2023/Building/9084 b) Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. b) 60 mm thick in Grey colour (M35 grade)

GSR 2023/Building/9068 Providing and fixing vitrified antiskid tiles (320x320) and 10mm thick tiles in floor, treads of steps, landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with cement slurry complete.

GSR 2023/Building/8024 Providing & fixing in position hand rails in staircase, landing and the like with 2" dia G.I. pipe (light class) resting on 25 mm (1") size M.S. square bars of clear height 90cms placed at 30 cm c/c including making necessary hold fast fixture (25 mm square bars 22 cm long) embeded in staircase concrete for resting the M.S. vertical square bars with holding etc. as required for the work including bending hand rail pipe to proper shape in curves with specials etc. complete (measurement will be made along the running length of hand rail).

GSR 2023/Building/11062 Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

GSR 2023/Building/18031 Providing and fixing R.C.C. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggreate granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) benches including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surface to give smooth and even surface except on the seat & the back of the bench which shall be of marble mosaic chips finished, rubbed and polished to granolithic finish top layer 6mm thick with white black coloured marble chips of sizes from smallest to 4mm nominal size laid in cement marble powder mix 3: 1 (3 white cement : 1marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips by volume with under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) incl. finishing the rear and bottom sides with waterproofing cement pant of approved brand and required shade (3 or more coats) to give an even shade complete

GSR 2023/Road/6106 a) Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. a) Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity.
