Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones for 23 cms thick masonry walls in c.m. 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand in foundation upto plinth level + Extra for laterite masonry in all sizes in superstructure from floor I level upto floor V level.

Providing Pre-cast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggreate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening, cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine snad) all complete excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits i) 50mm thick

Supplying and fixing Pre-cast cement concrete kerb stones(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) of M-20 with 20 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate properly consolidated by mechanical plat-form and vibrators with smooth finish including fixing at site complete as per specification c) Size 60 cm L x45 cm H x 15 cm T

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping, sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923 /Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW ,APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yeild Stress 310 Mpa)) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing, fixed with galvanized iron j or 1 hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins rafter and trusses.b) 0.50 mm thick sheet.-26G

Providing and fixing Colouron Plus galvulium roofing Sheets of 0.5mm thick double ribbed trapezoidal profile coated 1080mm with cover width of 1020mm including all the accessories (JSW or equivalent make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Add for providing & fixing Flashings -[Corners, Ridges, valleys, gable end & Trims] (Girth above 610mm) including all the accessories complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of PVC Sundar patti of size 200mm, 8mm, thick the rate including all the scaffolding shade of the colour and design as approved by Engineer incharge

TRANSPORTATION AND CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS( A ) By tipper truck including loading , unloading and stacking (ii) Earth upto 5 KM

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.

Providng and fixing of homogeneous vitrified flame finished of size (600 x 600mm) for Landing and riser of 10 mm thick in floor, on 25 mm thick bed of cement motar 1:3 and jointed with cement slurry complete.

Providng and fixing of homogeneous vitrified matt finished of size (300 x 1200mm) for Steps of 10 mm thick in floor, threads of steps on 25 mm thick bed of cement motar 1:3 and jointed with cement slurry complete.

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. b) Size 900 x 400 x 100 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 5.0 kgs per unit -12 T capacity

FRP DELUXE PLAIN SLIDE-HT. 2.1 MTR Structure, ladder & Platform: The centre pipe is of 80 NB B Class GI pipe & Landing pipe is of 25 NB B Class GI Pipe. Ladder frame duly bend is of 25 NB & 20 NB GI B Class pipe. Platform is made of 14 SWGGI sheet with Anti-Skid design for firm foot grip. Triangular Steps are of 16 SWG GI sheet. Slide Chute: Deluxe Slide Chute is made from 6-7 mm thick Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) material. Caps & Nut Bolts: All Nut Bolts are M. S material. Closing Caps are made up of LLDPE / HDPE /M.S. Nylon cap to protect from rain and dust. Powder Coating: The Equipment shall first be coated with using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or its equivalent primer powder coating of at least 30-40 microns followed by Polyester Powder Coating of at least 30-50 microns thickness using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or equivalent. Powder coating colour is TGTC & Lead free & passes the 1000-hour salt spray test & MEK solvent resistance rub test – ASTM D5402. (including 3 year maintenence)

DOUBLE SWING- STD Structure: The main pipe is of 50 NB B Class GI pipe & Top bar is of 50 NB B Class GI Pipe. Clamps, Chain, Rubber Belt, Caps & Nut bolts: The swing is fixed on 6mm thick GI chain. The swing is made of 10mm thick Anti-Skid chequered reinforced rubber or moulded seat which is suspended with Plastosol coated short link chain with 6 Dia GI chain. Seat is made of rubber with Non-Skid surface with Nylon lining pattern. Powder Coating: The Equipment shall first be coated with using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or its equivalent primer powder coating of at least 30-40 microns followed by Polyester Powder Coating of at least 30-50 microns thickness using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or equivalent. Powder coating colour is TGTC & Lead free & passes the 1000-hour salt spray tes (including 3 year maintenence)

MULTI SEE-SAW Structure : The lever support of the Seesaw shall is made of 80 NB and handle is made of 20 NB GI Pipe. Stand made for 50 NB Pipe Angle Frame for Foundation with Lubricating Bush System. Caps, Nut Bolts, Seat, Bearing & Pin: There Shall be M.S Plate of Size 150 x 200 x 6mm Welded on 80 mm Pipe. Seat of See-Saw is made of roto moulding process with the wall thickness of 3/5mm. LLDPE material used is FOOD GRADE and meets the requirement for standard IS:10146 added with UV stabilizer and antioxidants to protect it from UV rays and oxidization, respectively. Bearing 6006ZZ used Housing 70 x 50 mm Seamless Pipe. Centre Pin is 32 mm of SAE8620 material. All Nut Bolts are M. S material. Closing Caps are made up of LLDPE /HDPE /M.S. Nylon cap to protect from rain and dust. Powder Coating: The Equipment shall first be coated with using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or its equivalent primer powder coating of at least 30-40 microns followed by polyester Powder Coating of at least 30-50 microns thickness using Akzonobel /Berger /Prime make or equivalent.
