Making shuttering for block of size 2.5mX1.5mX1.5m, with ISA 50X50X6mm angles frame, welding 2mm thick MS plate on angle frame as per drawing, including drilling holes 20mm diameter at 25cm C/C or as directed for all vertical sides i.e angle frame, two holes on each shutter horizontal side(2.5m side) angles at equal spacing, making 2 nos angle support of 1.7m length with 20mm dia two holes in each angle, making 4nos, approximately 1.6m in length 75mm dia GI pipe Class B, pipe welded with MS plate of size 200X200X10mm on one end, drilling one hole of required diameter in pipe to support side shuttering etc. as per drawing or as directed. Including cost of cutting, welding, drilling holes, etc. All tools, plants, labour, materials etc. complete. (1set consists of two sides each of size 2.5mX1.5m, 1.6mX1.5m, or as directed, additional 2nos- 1.7m long ISA 50X50X6mm, 4nos-1.60m length, 75mm dia GI pipes)

Providing shuttering for blocks of size - 2.5mX1.5mX1.5m (only labour charges) with MS shuttering including applying oil, placing plastic sheet of size 2.7mX1.7m below shuttering, tightening the shuttering with nut bolts with washers of required size and nos, providing 2nos ISA 50X50X6mm angle support along the width of the block, securing the angle support with necessary nut bolts with washers to make shuttering intact, providing 4 nos GI pipes 75mm dia ( in two layers, only labour charges) to make 75mm diameter hole across the width of the block including tightening the same to the shuttering so as to give support to the shuttering, removing pipes after initial setting of the concrete, deshuttering the concrete blocks 24 hours after concreting including cost of nut bolts, plastic sheet, oil for shuttering, all tools, plants, labours and materials etc. complete ( Cost of making/ manufacturing shuttering including GI pipes, angle supports is paid under item no.1)

RMC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate, fine aggregate river sand/ M sand, cement, required admixtures etc. for casting blocks of size 2.5m X1.5mx1.5m, including transporting in transit concrete mixer, placing concrete in position, vibrating, curing with water or approved curing compound or as directed etc. All tools, plants, labours, materials, cost of concrete, transporting concrete to site, cost of curing and curing materials etc. including cost of required safety gadgets etc. complete.
