Providing horticulturist visit and inspection of the gardens inside and outside AO Bldg. at Headland including submission of report regarding execution of the works and providing target of work to be carried out in writing in the prescribed forms and thereby also to indicate performance/deficiencies observed in the performance in growth / flowering/ yield of fruits/ vegetables, etc. of various flowering & non-flowering plants/ trees/ lawns, creepers, etc. as directed. All tools, plants, labour, materials, transport etc. complete.

Complete Maintenance of the entire existing garden and other areas in and around the premises of A.O. Building at Headland, Sada having total area of approx.19,100 Sqms. having various garden features i.e. lawn, trees ,plants, shrubs, hedges, roads, pathways, ground covering, creepers, vegetable, flowerbed, potted plants, benches, etc. as well as any other future additions by performing various regular garden maintenance activities like sweeping & cleaning of all garden premises including Roads, pathways, pavements, Lawns and disposal of all garden waste as directed, watering, weeding, pruning of hedges, replacement of dead plants, gap filling in lawn, hedges, lawn mowing, repotting and de-potting of potted plants and shifting them periodically in the premises and other locations for various Port functions according to the requirement for port functions and back as directed, applying pesticide, fertilizers, manure and good earth and all other garden maintenance related works by deploying sufficient experienced garden staff not less than minimum staff as specified with all tools, tackles, etc. per day shift of 8 hrs .in specified timings on all days excluding Sundays and specified holidays as per the garden & horticulture maintenance scope and specification given in the tender and as instructed in time to time by Horticulturist /Chief Engineer or his authorized representative including supervision by authorized qualified and experienced Mali /Supervisor, all labours, equipment, tools and plant, material, etc. complete. Note:1) soil/good earth, manure, fertilizer, Insecticide, pesticide required to be taken from respective items. 2) Various locations, approx. area and minimum staff required to be posted as under: (i)Inside A.O. Building = 8500 m2 ii)Outside A.O. Building =10,600m2 iii)Ashoka trees-108 nos.(approx..) iv)No. of palms-60nos. (approx..) v)Hedges – 350 mts. (approx..) 3) Minimum garden maint. staff to be posted per day: i)Mali-1no. ii)Mazdoor /Gardener -4 nos.
