Painting external wall surfaces, roof top, painting of bays, bands, pardis, sloping chajjas, etc. with acrylic weatherproof exterior emulsion of Apex Asian or any other of approved brand and shade, etc. on old and new surfaces after scrapping thoroughly the existing surfaces in two coats on exsting cement paint surface after scrapping thoroughly the exsting surface and preparing the surface by applying crack filling materials (i.e. Dr. Fixit Crack X shrinkage free or equivalent),wall putty to all cracks,crevices and uneven patches to make the surface uniform including scrapping, cleaning, removing, loose particles/ dust/ grease/ moss etc. with necessary scaffoldings,etc. complete as directed. Painting old previously painted iron/ metal work with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour / shade to give uniform shade over a coat of primer of zinc chromite including scraping cleaning and preparin the surfaces from all rust, dirt and other foreign matter as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative, required scaffolding , etc. complete. All tools plant labour and materials etc. complete. (Approx. qnty.=626.00 Sq.m.)

Painting on (previously painted) wood or wood based surface with two coats of touch wood, French spirit/lacquer polishing on wood work of approved make to give an even shade including scrapping, cleaning and preparing the surface, smooth including minor repairs, required scaffolding, etc. All labour and material, etc. complete. (Approx. qnty.=925.00 Sq.m.)

Painting old (previously painted) wood/wood based surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamelpaint of approved make and colour/shade including cleaning and preparing the surface necessary scaffolding/ladder, etc. All labour and material, etc. complete. (Approx. qnty.=580.00 Sq.m.)

Sealing the cracks in walls, RCC members etc. by use of scaffolding or Jhulla for the crack width up to 20 mm using suitable crack fill material of cement and fine quartz sand putty including` necessary addition of chemical in the proportion of 1:1 or as per manufacturer's instruction, properly grouting into cracks after necessary cleaning including applying two coats (100 mm width) of Polyalk WP of approved brand over sealed crack or as directed etc, including removing the roots of plants and grown vegetation. All tools, plants, labour and materials etc. complete.

Stripping old/weak cement plaster and plastering with C.M. (1:5) 15mm thick in two coats mixed with approved waterproofing compound in appropriate ratio for external surfaces (Backing coat of 10mm & finishing coat of 5mm) including Patches, bays, bands, fluting, scaffolding and fixing of chicken mesh wherever instructed and cleaning of all dirt's, raking out joints, hacking, scrubbing, chamfers, beading, curing, all lifts etc. All labour & material complete.

Stripping old/weak cement plaster and plastering with C.M. (1:3) 15mm thick in two coats to internal surfaces (Backing coat of 10mm & finishing coat of 5mm) to walls including patches, bands ,fluting, scaffolding, racking out joints ,including fixing of chicken mesh, hacking, scrubbing and cleaning of all dirt ,chamfers ,beading ,curing all lifts etc.. All labour & material etc. complete.

Restorative repairs to old damaged structural RCC members-columns, beams, slab, ...etc. with approved polymer mortar with following operations: i)Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete carefully by means of chisel ands hammer including chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet including necessary scaffolding, stacking the same on ground in the compound, etc. complete as directed. ii) Cleaning the re-bars/exposed reinforcements from existing corrosion by chiselling /tapping /wire brushing, apply suitable rust remover chemical viz. "Rusticide", "Rust converter" and leaving for 24 hours and then apply two coats of passivator slurry of polymer cement(1:1.5) to reinforcement steel and left it fot 4 hours. iii) Apply bonding coat slurry of polymer cement(1:1) to reinforcement and concrete. iv) Build up damaged RCC members to its original shape up to 25mm thick by repairs to spalled concrete structural members by providing and applying SBR polymer of approved make modified cement mortar in proportion of 1 cement:4 sand as per manufacturer's specification as directed, curing,...etc. complete. All labour, material, tools and equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete.

Providing and applying waterproof coating with single component elastomeric waterproof coating in three coats with New coat of Pidilite, Damproof coats of Asian , Roof seal classic of Dr. Fixit or equivalent including priming coat as per the manufacturer's specifications, etc. complete as directed over the existing surface of chip/IPS including both sides and top of the parapet walls & sloping roofs/chajjas as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions by Chief Engineer or his representative. All labour and material, scaffolding, etc. complete.

Part (B)- Compound wall painting around AO Bldg. & upto Officers Club Painting compound walls externally (Inside & Outside) with Acrylic paint of approved brand and shade in two coats, including brushing, cleaning & preparing the surface, including scaffolding, etc. All tool, plant, labour and materials etc. complete. (Approx. qnty.=2700.00 Sq.m.)

Painting compound wall coping externally (Inside & Outside) with acrylic paint of approved brand and shade in two coats, including brushing, cleaning & preparing the surface, including scaffolding, etc. All tool, plant, labour and materials etc. complete. (Approx. qnty.=600.00 Sq.m.)
