Painting iron work/metal work with a primer coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chromite incl. Cleaning surfaces. All tools, plants, labour & material complete.

Painting iron work/metal work with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/shades (excluding priming coat) including preparing the surfaces. All labour & material complete.

Stripping old/weak cement plaster and plastering with C.M. (1:5) 15mm thick in two coats mixed with approved waterproofing compound in appropriate ratio for external surfaces (Backing coat of 10mm & finishing coat of 5mm) including Patches, bays, bands, fluting, scaffolding and fixing of chicken mesh wherever instructed and cleaning of all dirt's, raking out joints, hacking, scrubbing, chamfers, beading, curing, all lifts etc. All labour & material complete.

All tools, plants, labour materials, etc. complete.

Providing finishing coat of lime punning or neeru with screened lime & white sand (1:1)/wall care putty 3mm thick incl. Curing, preparing the surfaces, scaffolding etc. All tools, plants, labour materials, etc. complete.

Primer Painting in Single coat for internal surfaces including preparing the surfaces etc. All tools, plants, labour materials, etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved quality/make and colour/shade in two coats incl. Cleaning and preparing surface, scaffolding etc. All labour & material complete.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing M.S Plates, angles, including cutting, welding, removing fixtures, etc. complete. All tools, plants, labour & material complete.

Providing & fixing PVC Rainwater down take pipe 110 mm dia class / Type A of Prince make or any other approved brand with necessary specials such as bends , shoes etc including making joints water tight with required solution, necessary gasket & providing & fixing necessary PVC holder bat clamps, dismantling of old stoneware/pvc pipes, cutting & making good the walls.( At any height and level inclusive of all scaffolding costs etc)All tools, plants, labour and material etc.

Supplying & fixing in position P.V.C. Nahni trap 100mm (4") dia with fittings incl. Cost of labour for necessary concrete work, breaking & making good the walls, floors, etc. All labour & material complete.

Providing & fixing P.V.C. SWR pipes 100mm dia (heavy) including all specials required, making joints water tight with required solution P.V.C holder bat clamps, cutting & fixing to the wall making good the wall etc. All labour & material complete.

Providing & fixing PVC S.W.R... soil pipes 65mm dia (heavy) including all specials required, making joints water tight with required solution P.V.C holder bat clamps, cutting & fixing to the wall making good the wall etc. All labour & material complete.

Restorative repairs to old damaged structural RCC members-columns, beams, slab, ...etc. with approved polymer mortar with following operations: i) Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete carefully by means of chisel ands hammer including chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet including necessary scaffolding, stacking the same on ground in the compound, etc. complete as directed. ii) Cleaning the re-bars/exposed reinforcements from existing corrosion by chiselling/tapping/wire brushing, apply suitable rust remover chemical viz. "Rusticide", "Rust converter" and leaving for 24 hours and then apply two coats of passivator slurry of polymer cement(1:1.5) to reinforcement steel and left it for 4 hours. iii) Apply bonding coat slurry of polymer cement (1:1) to reinforcement and concrete. iv) Build up damaged RCC members to its original shape up to 25mm thick by repairs to spalled concrete structural members by providing and applying SBR polymer of approved make modified cement mortar in proportion of 1 cement:4 sand as per manufacturer's specification as directed, curing,...etc. complete. All labour, material, tools and equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete.

Repairs to the damaged fire escape spiral staircase including replacing the Cast Iron handrail, balusters of 3.00m approx. length. All labour, material, tools and equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete.
