Providing RCC jally of any approved pattern / design with c.c (1:2:4) mix using 10 mm graded aggregate, average 5 cm thick precast members reinforced with 6 mm dia m.s/torsteel reinforcement bars including all shuttering, tying and placing of reinforcement and keeping the same in position, mixing, placing, consolidating, curing and finishing with c.m(1:3) 6 mm thick all shuttering work, cost of steel reinforcement and fixing the jally in position with cement mortar 1:3, Dismantling of old damaged jally, etc. All labour and material etc complete.

Painting external wall surfaces, roof top, painting of bays, bands, pardis, sloping chajjas, etc with premier quality exterior acrylic weatherproof exterior emulsion paints of approved brand and shade etc in two or more coats over a coat of approved primer on old and new surfaces after scrapping thoroughly the existing wall surface and preparing the wall surface by applying crack filling material (i.e. Dr. Fixit Crack X shrinkage free or equivalent), wall putty to all cracks, crevices and uneven patches to make the surface uniform, inclusive of required single scaffoldings arrangements etc, complete, as directed. Painting old (previously painted) iron/metal surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved make and colour / shade including scrapping, cleaning and preparing the surface necessary scaffolding / ladder, etc. All labour and material etc complete.

Painting old ( previously painted) wood/wood based surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour / shade including cleaning and preparing the surface necessary scaffolding / ladder, etc. All labour and material etc complete.

Repairs and servicing of rolling shutters (approx. minimum size of shutters 3x2.5 mtrs) including removal and assembling after repair of top hood shaft, cage, shaft case, brackets, springs, side guides bottom rails, gear units, bearing thoroughly cleaning all the components, overhauling or repairing shaft and gear units re-conditioning and clips, realigning the curtain ends, reconditioning dents if any, on the surface bottom rail and side guides, repairing the starters, inspecting taking out and replacing the damaged or defective components, ensuring proper locking arrangements from both sides and outside including all welding, drilling, straightening, grinding, erection of scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, labour, overheads, transportation with all consumables such as lubricant like gears, rivets, crews, washers, keys etc for effective work of rolling shutter. All labour and material etc complete.

Execution of day to day works by supply of high skilled artisans like carpenters, masons for works of restorative repairs, aluminium doors and window repairs, shutters and gate repairs etc as directed with tools for a period of 8 hours per day as and when required etc complete.

Supplying and fixing flush doors without ventilator 35 mm thick both sides commercial faced using salwood frame including ss hinges 100 x 58 x 1.8 mm size 4 nos for door shutter providing m.s hold fast 6 nos embedded in c.c (1:3:6) block, 16 mm dia m.s bottom pins etc., including dismantling of old existing door frame and taking away the same etc finishing the damaged surface with c.m(1:3), Painting of door frame with synthetic enamel paint etc as directed. All labour and material etc complete.

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of marine solid core 30 mm thick both sides commercial faced including providing 4 nos s.s hinges (100x70x4) mm minimum size teakwood beading patties, brass screws, polishing etc complete. All tools, plant, labour and material etc complete. (old fittings like mortice lock, safety chins etc to be refitted to the new door. All tools, plant, labour and material etc complete.

Supplying and fixing PVC single shutter door of standard size including aluminium frame and accessories fixing to the wall with expandable fasteners, such as SS butt hinges of size 100 x 70 x 4.0 mm minimum 3 nos per shutter, including dismantling of old exisiting door frame and taking away the same etc finishing the damaged surface with cm(1:3) fixed by C.P brass counter sunk as approved and fixed to the door frame as specified by the Engineer incharge. Providing and fixing in position anodised aluminium sliding windows of approved manufacturer to suit three track sliding using best quality standard extruded anodised aluminium sections (manufactured to relevant I.S specification) without horizontal glazing bars, glazed with 5.5 mm thick sheet glass fixing to RCC column / masonry with lugs of 16 mm x 3.15mm x 10 cm long or any other approved size embedded in c.c (1:3:6) blocks of appropriate size including necessary bolting devices , handles, patties, etc. All labour and material etc complete.
