Maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers, etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning garden plants, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying/spraying of insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure, making nurseries of existing plants /new plants , sweeping of roads, pavements, , maintenance of other garden related works as per the garden maintenance schedule and as per the instruction of Horticulturist and as directed by Engineer -in-charge by deploying minimum specified Manpower with tools & equipment as specified and as directed. (8.65 Acres) Note:1) Cost of good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide & lawn mower with fuel to be used from the separate respective item of this BOQ, other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor. 2) Minimum requirement of garden maintenance staff for 8 hrs. per day- a) Mali (Male) =7 Nos./day b) Garden worker = 7 Nos./day 3) The Tenderer shall deploy a supervisor at site for 8.00 hrs. per

Renovation of old lawn with new lawn with fine grassing (selection no.1/ Bermuda and Mexican/ Neelgiri grass ) , including ploughing, weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with mixture of good earth and manure 2 :1 , mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawns for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed including supplying good earth , if needed, including the cost of well decayed farmyard manure 1.25 cu.m. All tools, plants, labour , material, tools and plants, etc. complete.

Execution of miscellaneous works pertaining to garden development,(works other than in the scope of garden maintenance ) housekeeping of MRH-I, shifting, loading unloading, excavation of pits, cutting and clearing of fallen trees, plucking of coconuts and other works assigned in time to time by deploying skilled and unskilled workers in the areas outside the custom bound at Mormugao Port Authority as and when required and as directed on daily/shift basis of 8 hours per day as directed . All labour, tools etc. Complete. Note: Consumables Materials required will be supplied free of cost by the Department.
