Providing & fixing shuttering for concreting of any size and shape including cleaning, oiling, closing, gaps, removing shuttering after concreting, provisions of necessary props, bracings and other supports etc. All labour and material etc. complete

Providing cement concrete (1:1:2) using 20 mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including dismantling the loose/cracked concrete /plastered surface, cleaning the surface, mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. All labour and material etc. complete.

Providing and applying bonding agent with a bonding coat of FoscrocNitobond AR or equivalent on the concrete surface in multiple coats including chipping loose, damaged concrete/plaster, cleaning the surface, providing scaffolding, gas cutting the fully projected steel on the fender wall, etc. complete. ( Note: The cutting set including the gas for cutting the steel shall be provided by the Port free of cost.)

Providing and applying high build polymer modified cementitious mortar of thickness 25mmwith FosrocRenderoc HB2 or equivalent including providing scaffolding, cleaning the surface as directed. All tools, plants, materials, etc. complete.

Providing and applying FOSROC Nitozinc primer to metal surfaces including scrapping the corroded steel with wire brush, cleaning, scafolding, etc, complete. All tools, plants, materials, etc. complete

Providing and laying Micro concrete of FOSROC Renderoc RG of 25 kg bag including providing shuttering, cleaning the surface, watering, mixing and laying the concrete as directed by Chief Engineer or his representative etc. All tools, plants, materials, labour, etc. complete. (Note: Rate considered shall be as per 25kg bag supplied)

Shifting and suspending the tyre fenders available tyres in position with m.s short link chain, both supplied by the department (contractor is required to collect tyres and m.s. chain from at MOHC Stores/ Near Gate No:9/MM Stores ) including making holes in a tyres as directed providing, fabricating and fixing 100mm dia G. I. sleeves made of G. I. pipe (class B), each 150mm long welded at one end to 10 mm thick m.s. plates of size 200 x 200mm (4 nos) inside and outside of tyre fender to prevent tear of tyre around the hole to which the M.S. chain link shall pass through the slot made in the plate as directed and this assembly is passed through a 110mm dia approx. circular hole made in the tyre surface and the other end of the m.s. chain is clamped to the eye hook using a bull dog clamp of proper size as directed . Rates to include fabricating and installing of tyre fenders, drilling, grouting at site using all accessories, safety equipments, etc. complete. All tools, plant, labour and material etc complete.

Providing and fixing 32mm dia M.S. eye hooks by installing/inserting 250mm deep into the berth face wall including upto 250mm long hole in the RCC surface for fixing 32mm hooks, anchored using compound of FOSROC, Hilti make or equivalent into the holes, etc. Rate to include for drilling and providing and fixing eye hooks, painting with a coat of primer and two coats of anti corrossive paint as directed. All tools, plant, labour and material etc., complete.

Painting iron work/metal work with a primer coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chromite including cleaning surfaces. All tools, plants, materials, labour, etc. complete

Painting iron work/metal work (new ) with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/shades (excluding priming coat) including preparing the surfaces, numbering of bollard as directed, etc.. All tools, plants, materials, labour, etc. complete
