Instructions to the Bidder :
1) The bidder should quote rate for all food items in Column at ‘6’ above. 2) The bidder must quote price mandatorily for each item given above considering all cost including deployment of manpower/Gas Cylinder/raw material, failing which bid shall not be considered for evaluation. [Maximum rate of each food item should not be more than given amount at Column No.‘5’ of above].
3) Bidder should not quote for Market price items.
4) All the items including oil (refined oil) used for cooking various food items should be unadulterated, branded quality & of applicable standard (FSSAI/AGMARK or equivalent). 5) The above rates are inclusive of all applicable charges.
6) There will be no minimum guarantee on turnover in the canteen by MPA.
7) L1 shall be arrived from the total price quoted by the bidder for each items as listed above.
