Work Experience Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate successful completion or substantial completion (at least 90% complete at bid submission) of at least one similar project involving the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of sensors, data acquisition, data transmission, analysis, management, and reporting, including all hardware and software for a bridge health monitoring system, for at least one bridge within the last five years. This experience can be as a prime contractor, joint venture member, or subcontractor (provided the subcontract involved execution of all main work items and other qualification criteria are met). The minimum project value is specified in an appendix.
Class Of Bidder
Class-I Local Supplier (minimum 50% local content) or Class-II Local Supplier (minimum 20% local content). For procurements exceeding Rs. 10 crore, a certificate from a statutory auditor or cost accountant is needed to verify the percentage of local content.
Technical Capacity
Bidders must provide a preliminary description of their proposed work method and schedule, including drawings and charts, demonstrating their capability to execute and complete the work according to technical specifications and within the stipulated timeframe. This should include a construction program supported by equipment/hardware/instruments/software planning and deployment, along with calculations and quality assurance procedures. The bidder must also supply, install, and maintain PTZ Type 360° cameras with high resolution capable of tracking vehicles and license plates to ensure the security of the instrumentation.
