REPLACEMENT AND REPOSITIONING OF HANGAR MAIN JUNCTION BOXES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS OUTSIDE BUILDING (P-644, P-452, P-453, P-454) AT NAY GOA UNDER AGE E/M I OF GE (NW) VASCO

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 400 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches GI tubing light grade for road crossing (for cable protection) of 80 mm sizes complete as required all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil with mixture of Paddy earth, connecting up complete, testing on completion etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / erection of poles all as specified.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/ disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish all as all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point.all as specified.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to under ground cable complete all as specified.

Supply, installation and testing LT panel outdoor floor mounted side open with locking arrangement of suitable size weather & vermin proof suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ AC factory made fabricated from CRCA sheet steel 3.15 mm thick with aluminium bus bar 600 Amps for 3 phases and 300 Amps cap for neutral and mounted on 70cm long legs of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm thick and 30cm shall be embeded in the foundation with PCC of 1:2:4 type B-I, 20mm stone aggregate comprising with the following accessories complete with internal panel wiring with suitable size copper conductor multistrand with proper thimbling and lugs, and painting with smoke grey heat resistant enamelled paints two coat over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

The panel shall comprising the following:- On board CPRI Approved, Indoor type, front openable door, One incomming compartment and one for alluminium busbar compartment and outgoing compartment having, provision of having one incomming in MCCB switch of 250 Amps, and each out going feeders connected to busbar,dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with alluminium bus bar of 600 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral 4 wire system duly insulated incl necessary connections, common earth bus bar of GI Strip 32 x 6 mm at bottom with panel board at one earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley panel board and painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour.

including provision for the following incoming and out going (connected with busbar) accessories all as approved and comprising as under (for SFC Room 415 v)(a) MCCB 415 Volts 630 Amps rating 4 pole with breaking capacity of 35 KA with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnatic release = 01 No (Incoming) (b) ON-load change over switch I-O-II with advance neutral conforms to IS:13947 (Part-3); IEC:60947-3 of capacity 400 Amps (c) MCCB 415 Volts 250 Amps rating 4 pole with breaking capacity of 25 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnatic release = 04 Nos (outgoing) (d) Digital type Amp meter 0 to 500 Amps with adequate size CTs - 01 Set (e) Digital type volt meter 0 to 500 volts - 01 No (f) Indicating lamp LED type for 3 phase electric system - 01 Set

Taking down old serviceable LT UG cable of any size and location by disconnecting electric supply and proper procedure by taking shutdown and refixing cables in the new LT Panels and connection will be done as per direction.
