Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63/50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Each trail of bore will be measured.

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 200 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200 mm dia and diagonal thickness of 8 mm and pea gravel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for fixing of MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centring, MS iron clamp, electric logging and sample strata box including 100 mm PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate around the bore well minimum 2 m radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Yield test for bore well by continuously pumping for 16 HRs to determine safe pumping yield all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lowering high density polyethylene pipe HDPE of pressure rating 16 kg / sqcm lowering into bore well as column pipe etc. of size 40 mm nominal dia, ISI Marked including fixing of necessary SS nipple on both side for fixing of submersible pump and existing water pipe line with flanged and bolts & nuts required at site etc. complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated & sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 2.5 sqmm,1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Laying , testing and commissioning Submersible pump , electric driven 415 V ,Three phase suitable for 200 mm dia bore well (casing pipe size 200 mm ), discharge minimum 2 LPS at a head of 100-120 Mtr ( Motor capacity should not be less than 3 HP) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches for High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating PN 6 (SDR 21) laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

40 mm dia

25 mm dia

M& L GI pipe of size 40 mm medium grade including fittings complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing stainless steel lever hand operated ball valve 25-40 mm bore size with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed

S & F LT junction box suitable for 1100 Volt grade outdoor type, single door, pedestal mounted, overall size not less than 600 x 600 x 450 mm, including 63 Amps TP MCB incoming, indicating lamps and submersible pump starter installation with protection from single phasing / overload condition / Phase reversal / phase unbalanced 3-10 HP , relay range 13-21 Amp , dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet , LT danger notice board fixed on door, with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley and painted with powder coating in Siemens grey colour and including Angle iron base frame as required size as per above panel, total leg height 900 mm and grouting in side PCC 150 mm legs and made out of ISA 4040, 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron duly painted - 01 No. all as approved and as directed.

Supply and fix Brass Swing type Non return Valve including union, nipple of mm dia including fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground / earth pit not less than 2.25M below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to 32x6mm GI Strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No.5 of MES SSR Part I connected to earthing test point, testing complete including necessary earth pit PCC 1: 3: 6 chamber with CI cover refilling of soil etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 Sq mm, 3 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

M & L for bore well rain water Harvesting system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (I) Area required for system 15 sqm including 03 nos of tanks (A). Collection tank : 1.2 x 3.0 x1.2 cum ; (B). Filtration Tank : 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.5 cum ; (C ) Recharge Tank : 1.2 x1.2 x 1.5 .
