M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material. Mixing of materials :- Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressureat exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural element @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles.

Pre - cast cement concrete masonry with Grade C-5.0, (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for removing the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, remove the rust by using rust remover of approved make .Apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (mortar to be prepared by adding 20% Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB or equivalent to 1:3 cement sand mortar) at a thickness upto 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in M/S Krishna Conchem Products/ STP Ltd. Note- Universal polymerised repairs mortars single pack like pagel U40 or Dr fixit micro concrete may also be used

Providing & Applying Dr. Fixit Primeseal – primer for the exterior coating composed of acrylic emulsion polymer, properly selected fine fillers, white pigments & additives in water as a medium as per manufacturers' recommendation. The material shall meet the requirement of ASTM D 1227 – 87, Type III standard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L Preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic, high quality acrylic emulsion polymer, light fast & weather durable pigments, properly selected & graded fine fillers, additives & biocides coating. It is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for exterior walls of the buildings. The system composed of a single coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating, followed by a single coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic top Coat to achieve a total DFT of 180 microns. The system shall comply to: Elongation: 100% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength: 2.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Water resistance as per SS 500, crack bridging capacity: 2mm as per EN 1062 part 7, Hydraustatic pressure: 7 Bar as per DIN 1048, Anti-carbonation complying as per EN 1062 part 6, RCPT: low as per ASTM C 1202.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface Preparation, Cleaning the surface, removing the laitance, greese, old paints, contaminants, moss etc. with wire brush / high preesure jet. Damaged or loose plaster to be replaced & repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Small cracks upto 5mm needs to be repaired with crack filling material Dr. Fixit Crack X and the cracks above 5mm shall be repaired by polymer modified mortar with Pidicrete URP. Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in Sika/ STP Ltd.

M&L Mild TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT Bars complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trussesd, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confrming to Fe 410-W including cleats,distance pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed.
