C) Maximum and Minimum levels of Ground Water in the area with source of information and Ground water Table observed during the observation.

(a)Bore Hole - Depth of 15 mtr

(b) Bore Hole - Depth of 10 mtr

(c)Bore Hole - Depth of 5 mtr

(d) Trial Pit Size (1.2mx1.2m) of 3 mtr depth

Carrying out topographical survey by using total station with spot levels at 3m c/c and marking of existing structure/features of ground incluing submission of EIGHT sets of survey report containing contour plan @ 1m contour interval and block level plan with 3m c/c spot levels etc, complete all as per latest IS codes and as directed by Engr in charge. ( (Site clearance for carrying out survey shall be considered deemed included in the quoted rates).

Note:- (i) SBC recommendation for all bore holes at a depth size 1.5 m,2.00 m, 2.5 m etc is required for following footings :- (a)1.5mx1.5m (b)1.5m x2.5m (c)2.00mx2.50m (d) 2.00m x3.00m (d) 2.00m x 3.5m (e) 2.5m x3.00m. In addition recommendation on type of foundation including other parameter has to be provided by the consultant. (ii) Swelling index & Swelling pressure in respect of Black cotton soil and its depths of layeres to be provided. (iii) Photographic & Videographic record of geo-exploration as well as testing shall also be part of the report. (iv) Recommendations as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturate loose/uncompacted sandy soils. (v) Depth of Ground water Table (GWT) in peak monsoon (lowest) and peak summer (Highest) after correction of result with seasonal variation of water table in the station. (vi) Recommendation for filling under floor/beams. (vii) Location duly marked on the site plan shall be part of the report. (viii) A total of 8 Nos Reports(in Original) to be submitted (ix) The work shall be carried out in Two Phases - (a) Phase 1 - Physical Survey To be carried out within 30 days of placement of Work Order. (b) Phase 2 - Submission of reports - Draft report within 1.5 months of placement of Work Order. Final report duly vetted within 2 months. (x) The soil investigation is to be carried out in different pockets of Bambolim, Madgao and Ponda under GE Panaji. Transporation and shifting of machinery and workers for the survey shall be considered deemed included in the quoted rates.
