Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passengers lifts of OTIS make Per Month total 01 Nos lift installed at Acharaya enclave (13 passengers (884kg) 01 Nos for G+8 floors. (1) Monthly servicing, maintenance shall be carried out by trained lift technician. (2) Monthly servicing, maintenance will be carried out once in a month and servicing report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (3) For any breakdown of any lift will be attended within 06 to 24 Hours (depend on type of fault) and made serviceable subject to availability of stores. (4) Spare parts/material required for replacement shall be provided free of cost. (5) Contractor has to undertake repair/servicing required periodically to UPS & Battery of ARD system as per company recommendation for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.
