Supply and Laying Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 63 / 50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc including taking down existing PVC pipe any type complete as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement VTPN 12 way TPN distribution board with provision for MCCB Win break 1 as incomer & 1 Win trip outgoing, suitable for Flush monitoring and surface mounting with 100 Amp copper Busbar for each phase with 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earth bar and cable tiles for cable management fully insulated Busbar & shrouded Neutral bars in proved Pan assembly for ease of installation Profited masking sheet reversible Door for IP 43 & IP 54 DB's including provision for FP MCB/Isolator/RCCB/RCBO as incomer and SP/TP code : CSDBMCCB 125PDD12 S complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing / PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe / cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & transporting and erecting in replacement octagonal hot dipped galvanised mild steel pole with grey powder finish 7 meter long complete with top dia of size 70 mm and bottom dia of sie 130 mm including base plate of size 200X200X12 mm, foundation nuts bolts including RCC foundation of suitable size to withstand the said pole and GI bracket for mounting on top of the pole for fixing street light including dismantling of existing RCC pole with ACSR conductor, MS cross arms, clamps, nut / bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost of Excavation for removing of old RCC pole of required length, width and depth are deemed to include in this rate. (b) Cost of Excavation for fixing of New octagonal pole of required length, width, depth and construction of suitable RCC platform, bolts and nut as per manufacture specification, drawing etc are deemed to include in quoted rate. (c) Old unserviceable RCC post and MS clamps, nut & bolts etc obtained from site to be taken in schedule of credit items respectively.

S & F sheet moulding compound junction box (SMC) suitable for terminating 2 Nos 4 x 6/10/16/Each sqmm UG cable including one in Nos MCB SP 0.5 Amps including cable glands of 2 Nos, and two way connector 1 No, including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS Clamp, nut, bolt and washer measured and paid separately.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls, ceilings., etc) and Supply and Laying underground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and directed. Note item No 01 & 02 :- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing/hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. (b) Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid/barrel/bottle neck type/ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size/description are deemed to include in this rate.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft / disintegrated rock getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches / on wall / poles / structures of GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade for road crossing/for cable protection / fixing of pigmi lights etc including necessary provision for cable entry if required in pigmi lights pole, fixing screws and taking down existing old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soils from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard / dense soil getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / erection of poles complete all as specified.

S &F in repair PVC unarmoured 1100V grade three core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm including lugs on both ends and including connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 240 V,10 KA "B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole and currant carrying capacity 5 to 32 Amp, including connection, testing & commissioning and dismantling of existing unserviceable MCB and connection any description complete all as specified and directed
