S&F mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gussets plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 2 mm thick factory made galvanized Iron eaves gutter and pipe any description not exc. 60 cm grith including holder bats, distance pieces etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or PCC block masonary or concrete surface, 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 + 5 mm in CM 1:4 finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new surface wall etc. applying a coat of alkali resistant primer and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base or in levelling course, finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment by means of using jet spray machine washing down existing treatment and preperation of old surface wall/ceilling by scrapping/ rubbing, applying two coat of advanced anti-algal weather proof 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane (Asian paint damp proof + ultima suprema, exterior anti fungal paint or equivalent), on old plastered surfaces of walls/ceilling and cornires brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent slats brading oil and greasy spots etc. and making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory wall care putty wherever required complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- The application of paint shall be done by the authorized applicator of the company and also the dealer/company shall appoint a person to inspect and validate the application of emulsion in stage wise manner.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/Rock) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base, finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer not excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/Rock) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying (DWC) HDPE full rounded pipe having corrugated outside and inner side plain conforming to IS 16205 Pt-24 of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection of size 38 mm inner dia and 50 mm outer dia complete all as directed.

S&L XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 95 Sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing factory made LT panel board cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front openable with suitable cable chamber and front side double shutters with locking arrangement, panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 60 cm height for ground level, 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar 400 Amp. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation 0.45 mtr above floor and cable connection with suitable size of copper lugs and suitable size chrome plated glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following :- INCOMING MCCB a) 350 Amp 4 pole MCCB 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic setting with earth fault protection and rotary handle Ics= 100% Icu-01 Nos.
